The only issue I have ever had with them( and, I know a weird one) is they would like to save you money.. sometimes I just want a noise to go away even if the part is fine from a safety standpoint.. that said, they will do that sort of work if you insist.
My car stopped accelerating and broke down on a trip out of town to visit friends in greenfield. I was far from home and had no choice but to use a local mechanic and Cherry Rum had could take look at my car promptly. They diagnosed the issue as having to do with the catalytic converter. I thought it was odd as the part I had was relatively new. I asked if they could replace it with an after market part and the mechanic refused. I had no choice but to have it repaired for $1000 then and there. After picking up the car and driving 30 miles it stopped accelerating and broke down again on the highway. Later to find the cause was something completely unrelated the catalytic converter, a different part that simply needed cleaning. When I told Cherry Rum what happened they didn’t express any concern or fault in the excessive and faulty repair.

Was calling all over the place during a snowstorm my splash guard in the front had come down. They were so amazing, got me in within like 10 minutes and fixed it for me
My car died on me last minute after calling multiple places they got me in almost immediately had me drop my car off and was fixed by the next day. The receptionist Megan was amazing and kept me informed on what was happening with my car, and the made this stressful situation so much easier! I can’t thank them enough for getting me back in my car so quickly🫶🏻!!

We have been going to Cherry Rum for service for a long long time. Service is always excellent, the team is helpful and knowledgeable. No one better in the valley, and no place else we would go with our vehicles.
