Chesapeake Property Services

The men were great! Very polite. They knew what to do proceeding immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot give their names as I do not know how to spell them. Highly recommend this company.

We've been using Chesapeake property services for years and always been happy with the work they do. Our technician, Samario, recently cleaned our gutters and did some repairs and we're very happy and would recommend them.

I was pleased with the work (power wash and dryer vent cleaned) performed by Sergio and Chile . I feel they went above and beyond in providing excellent service. I will continue to use this company.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and he and the other technician worked very hard.

I appreciate the service provided by Guanerger and his companion went beyond my expectations. The powerwashing left the pavers very clean of mold and the window cleaning left the windows sparkling. Guanerger showed me pictures of the gutters before they were cleaned. He advised to have the gutters cleaned in the fall, winter, and spring.

Great service, done timely and exactly as stated in contract.

UPDATE (05/07/2022) There was a miscommunication. Managers reached out, and all of the issues were addressed and clarified. The duct crew came on April 21 and addressed all air duck issues. Though it took several communications, the exterior crew addressed all the issues, and they did a pretty good job of staining… Read full review

I have used Chesapeake for years. They do excellent work regardless of which service you use. The cost is reasonable and scheduling is very easy. I had a roof leak and they immediately took care of it. I would highly recommend them.

The people were on time, professional, friendly and helpful.
