Chesapeake Property Services

The scheduling process was easy and team arrived on time. They were professional and did an excellent job on the pressure washing of my home and brick mailbox. I highly recommend this company!

Sergio did a great job. We are very pleased with the way our deck looks after he cleaned it yesterday

Excellent residential service with the absolute best and fairest value pricing in the Baltimore County area. I had an exterior house cleaning done. The scheduling office, and most importantly, the crew were exceptional - they were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond.

We had mostly all powewashing done which truly pleased us, and they did a great job on the aluminum fence surrounding the pool. But everything they did was performed beautifully and knocked it out in a short period of time; In the future, we will have them back.. Sincerely, Stan and Judy Varlas

I found these guys in the Valpak and called up to have my gutters replaced. Gus came out and not only gave us the best estimate of the three but didn't pressure us into anything. His crew came out within a couple weeks and did a marvelous job! We couldn't be happier!! Thank you Gus , we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family!!

Sergio and his co-worker did an excellent job house washing our home. The exterior looks 100% better. It was very grimy prior to the washing. The price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes. They also showed up during the scheduled time.

The men were great! Very polite. They knew what to do proceeding immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot give their names as I do not know how to spell them. Highly recommend this company.

I wasn't home when the team came to do the powerwashing, so didn't meet them to know their names. But when I returned home after they'd finished the job and left, I could see the difference even as I drove up to my house. The deck , siding, and front steps look clean and refreshed!

I’ve used the gutter cleaning service of Chesapeake Property Services for years. They are reliable and professional! Werner and Jose were pleasant and worked quickly as a thunderstorm approached. I was pacing, but they wanted to finish. Great job

Contracting for gutter cleaning and house washing - exceeded all expectations. The house washing was very effective and they even did some extra areas like our front porch - will definitely use again

Reliable, punctual, and most importantly they do solid work. Our technician Guerner (sp?) was super accommodating and meticulous. Thanks Chesapeake Property Services!

Thank you to our technicians Sergio and Chile for your great work! You worked magic on our siding, steps, and wooden play set, taking great care with the details. It was a pleasure having you here. And thank you to the Chesapeake support team who made scheduling smooth and simple.

Sergio and Chili came out yesterday and did an excellent job of power washing our house. They were professional, friendly, and very careful of several areas requiring special treatment. We are more than pleased with their work and will welcome them back for future projects. 100% pleased with the service!

Awesome job fellas. The house is now clean as a whistle.

I appreciate the service provided by Guanerger and his companion went beyond my expectations. The powerwashing left the pavers very clean of mold and the window cleaning left the windows sparkling. Guanerger showed me pictures of the gutters before they were cleaned. He advised to have the gutters cleaned in the fall, winter, and spring.

This crew pressure washes my house every couple of years and takes care of my gutters seasonally. They are exceptional. Prompt, courteous and I always get compliments after they finish the pressure washing. Highly recommend!

Sergio and crew were very professional and efficient. Also, very knowledgeable as I would request this team in future visits.

The team was timely and thorough! Great experience. Highly recommend.

Sergio and Chili were easy to work with. Pleasant and efficient. They showed me what they were doing. Dryer vent, gutters and power washing. I recommend them and Chesapeake Property Svcs.

This team is amazing. They cleaned out my gutters, cleaned off the roof and more. They were super professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
