Excellent residential service with the absolute best and fairest value pricing in the Baltimore County area. I had an exterior house cleaning done. The scheduling office, and most importantly, the crew were exceptional - they were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond.

I found these guys in the Valpak and called up to have my gutters replaced. Gus came out and not only gave us the best estimate of the three but didn't pressure us into anything. His crew came out within a couple weeks and did a marvelous job! We couldn't be happier!! Thank you Gus , we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family!!

Sergio and his co-worker did an excellent job house washing our home. The exterior looks 100% better. It was very grimy prior to the washing. The price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes. They also showed up during the scheduled time.

I wasn't home when the team came to do the powerwashing, so didn't meet them to know their names. But when I returned home after they'd finished the job and left, I could see the difference even as I drove up to my house. The deck , siding, and front steps look clean and refreshed!

I appreciate the service provided by Guanerger and his companion went beyond my expectations. The powerwashing left the pavers very clean of mold and the window cleaning left the windows sparkling. Guanerger showed me pictures of the gutters before they were cleaned. He advised to have the gutters cleaned in the fall, winter, and spring.

This crew pressure washes my house every couple of years and takes care of my gutters seasonally. They are exceptional. Prompt, courteous and I always get compliments after they finish the pressure washing. Highly recommend!

Great work and freiendy crew BUT they use too much beach in their cleaning solution. It was overly noxious and can still smell it days later.

Chesapeake did a great job on two porches that hadn’t gotten a thorough cleaning in over 3 years. The two gentlemen onsite were pleasant and had me inspect the work before even starting to pack up their equipment. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chesapeake again.

CPS power washed the gutters on the house, one side of which is two floors high. They did an excellent and professional job. At all times, the crew was cheerful and pleasant. The price was fair. Satisfactory in all respects. I will certainly call on CPS again for similar tasks and am happy to recommend them.

My house was pressure washed by two men. These men did only 45 mins of work and hardly cleaned my house. Their equipment did not work. There is still dirt on the house. I used Chesapeak Property Services several times, including gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and dryer vent cleaning. Every time they did a good job without any issues. They are professional and responsive and can give a pretty accurate quote based on property photos on the Google Map, which I really like.

We had old paint on the exterior of our all brick house. Chesapeake Property could not get the paint pressure washed off of the brick. The company would not give up and returned at their own expense to make sure that the job was completed. They not only finished the job but exceeded expectations.

I have used Chesapeake for years. They do excellent work regardless of which service you use. The cost is reasonable and scheduling is very easy. I had a roof leak and they immediately took care of it. I would highly recommend them.

This is the best gutter company I have ever used!!

I booked with them - good service at good price - and they called back 15 minutes later to say they had a team finishing up a project nearby and could they come over and work then. I was amazed. I don't/wouldn't expect service to always be like that, but it was great to have such fast turnaround. Guys were very good.

Chesapeake Property Services has done gutter cleaning and power washing for our home several times. They do great work, always leaving our property in better condition than when they started. I like that they let us know about needed repairs that they spot and can often do the work right away to address them. Highly recommend this company.
