We used Chicagoland Home Inspectors (John Olson did the inspection), and they were amazing! Very easy to schedule, very thorough and very honest company. They truly do work for you - not the realtors or process. They gave us very valuable information about a home we were considering, and we ultimately walked away…
While working on a new home purchase, our realtor recommended The Home Inspectors and I am glad he did. Michael Schejbal was very professional and much more thorough than my previous home inspector from another company. He spent time answering any questions and concerns I had, and took all the time needed to…
My husband and I were paired with Vince for our first (more on that, later) home inspection. He did such an amazing job, and took the time to explain his findings and answer any questions we had. By the way, he stayed and checked every inch of the property, and was there for almost all of 5 hours. Thanks to his…
Tim and Charles are great! The website is very transparent regarding pricing, sample inspection, online scheduling, and optional add-ons. Tim came with his colleague on-time and talked us through the entire inspection, teaching us things along the way. They were professional, courteous, and thorough during the…
I have been through the home inspection process several times and this was by far the most detailed and comprehensive I have ever experienced. Our inspector was Tom Jansson and he was extremely systematic and thorough. Highly recommend this company and Tom in particular.
David was fantastic! We used Chicagoland for our pre-buy inspection. Not only were they EARLY to our appointment, having started the outdoor control sample for mold before we even arrived for our scheduled meeting, the report was finished, SAME NIGHT as the inspection. I cannot reccomned these guys enough. We are…
Contacted this company for a home inspection as a perspective first time home buyer & so glad I did! Although we were unable to proceed with the purchase of the home after the findings of the inspection, my husband and I feel strongly that the money we spent was well worth it. We learned a lot from Charlie and…
This is my second time using Chicagoland Home inspectors and they have not disappointed. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Mark answered all of my questions and pointed out and explained different concerns through out the home inspection. From start to finish, Mark was organized and extremely neat. He even made…
I recently worked with Mark and AJ on the inspection for a home we purchased. They were incredibly thorough and professional. As a first time (single family) home owner, I greatly appreciated the time they spent walking me through everything and answering all of my questions. The report itself was very detailed and…
We had a wonderful experience with Chicagoland Home Inspectors and highly recommend them! From start to finish, the team was very responsive, helpful, and flexible in scheduling. Dave and AJ were extremely experienced and thorough in their inspection, which we are so grateful for. We received the report shortly…
Very responsive and professional. Mark was extremely thorough and gave me good advice on the future upkeep of the house as well. I highly recommend them.
Dave did a tremendous job inspecting the new home that we are purchasing, which helped identify a few unforseen issues and helped us seek a sizable concession from the seller in order to remedy the issue. He was very patient in walking me through the items and both very thorough and very informative. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
John and Charlie did a great job!! They were very helpful and informative. I will be using this company again. L.Johnson
Mark was very informative and courteous. Not only was it an educational home inspection. But, he cleared up any concern I had about my home purchase. I would highly recommend walking your inspection with Mark. It's worth the protection of your potential investment.
