Vince provided excellent service during his inspection. He was on time, polite, detailed oriented, and answered all my questions. I also appreciate the follow up call with Charlie to go over the report in detail. I highly recommend. Thank you Vince & Charlie!
I had a great experience going with Chicagoland Home Inspectors. Tim was my inspector, he carefully walked through and explained in detail not only what needed to be addressed but also clearly identified how much I should prioritize repairs needed and highlighted where I needed to further research, not only…
Very glad I picked Chicagoland Home Inspectors!!! I live outside the state and never physically saw the unit I was interested in buying. The Chicagoland Home Inspectors team was my only set of eyes, and they were great!! Vince M. was my inspector and it really felt like he went above and beyond, not only taking…
Charlie, Vince Miller, and John Olson were a fantastic team. We hired Chicagoland Home Inspectors to inspect a multi-unit home built in the 1890s as overwhelmed first-time home buyers with little knowledge and expertise. Prior to scheduling with Charlie's company, I called and he spent 45 minutes on the phone with…
Another great experience working with John from Chicagoland Home Inspection today.
Charlie and his team did a great job of providing a thorough inspection and following-up for a discussion in greater detail for me to understand the inspection report. I highly recommend his service and will plan to use him again in the future.
We had Tim Heise as an inspector, for inspecting 6733 31st St, Berwyn. Tim was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and informative, even prior to the appointment offering guidance on the area and rules. He arrived on time/early, he was very efficient, even getting drone shots of the roof with not fully melted snow!…
Glen(-Carl Dahlman) recently inspected a condo that my partner and I are hoping to buy. I couldn't recommend him more highly. He was meticulous, knowledgeable, prompt, kind, and an all-around pleasure to work with.
I had an excellent experience with my inspection. I was very happy by their thoroughness and helpfulness. I learned a lot from this experience.
Working with Glen was one of the best decisions we made during our property buying process. Glen was incredible from start to finish — thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us understand every aspect of the property. He didn’t just point out issues; he explained what they meant, what to…
I cannot recommend Michael enough. As a first time, younger, single homebuyer, Michael made me feel entirely equipped to own a multiunit home. There was no question that was silly to him, and he was incredibly thorough, thoughtful, friendly and professional. He explained every issue in detail and what the next steps…
First, we were very impressed with the pre-inspection process, which is initially why we chose them. Charlie is extremely transparent and sends you all the information you need to choose an inspector in a well-organized PDF. There is even a chatbot on his website that gives you the average Radon level in your area,…
Honestly, I was sold by the voice prompt right when you call BUT In all seriousness, Mike came out for me and he was amazing. I pulled up exactly at 8 and he had already started his inspection on the outside. I told him I genuinely was looking for an investment property- ready to go & not a fixer upper. He gave it…
Alex/alejandro was excellent. I learned so much. He took his time inspecting explaining everything he was seeing. Definitely Felt like I got my moneys worth from this inspection. I’ll be coming back if I need another inspection. Thank you
Tim was very thorough and made sure to explain everything to me along the way. He went over the issues in detail and seemed very knowledgeable. Great company!
Tim Bush was my home inspector for the property I was purchasing. From the moment he walked up, he introduced himself, explained what he would be doing and got right to it! During his inspection process, Tim answered any and all questions I had, pointed out and explained certain ares/things for me to take special…
Mark did a fantastic job! Was very personable and happy to explain everything he inspected throughout the unit. He seems to really know his stuff and I would highly recommend!
Tim Bush was fabulous. Inspected everything throughly and explained all issues to us, both problematic and minor. I've had home inspections from other providers in the past and none can compare to this one with Tim. He was professional and personable and I would highly recommend him and Chicagoland Home…
We hired Tom Jannson to come inspect a 4 unit building in Chicago. He was accompanied by AJ (and Charlie briefly at the beginning of the inspection). I started to review inspectors shortly after having my offer accepted by the seller and am extremely grateful to have hired Chicagoland Home Inspectors. They were very…
We had a wonderful inspection with Tom Jansson! He was very informative and explained everything very thoroughly for myself and my client. I would certainly recommend Tom as a home inspector, especially if you're a first time home buyer. Very reasonably priced (best in Chicago, according to my research) and…
I used Chicagoland Home Inspectors for an inspection of a home I already had an accepted offer on. Tom Jansson, CMI and David Knolmayer, CMI split up the multi-unit building and taught me a lot about visual queues I can use when viewing a home. Overall, due to the great work of Tom and David, a lot of problems…
Chicagoland Home Inspectors saved me a bundle. I am searching for a home in the Chicago suburbs from out of state. Due to C19 and other factors my search is being conducted my sight unseen. I chose Chicagoland as my eyes on the ground in the area due to their enthusiastic favorable reviews but primarily because…
Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions, and honest. I used his services to inspect a multi-unit property that I wished to purchase and he was able to point out all pros and cons. I appreciate his advice and counsel and will be using him for all future inspections.
Dave was extremely thorough in doing the inspection. He was very informative and explained what he was going to do and why. I highly recommend Chicagoland home inspectors. During scheduling I made a mistake and scheduled for the wrong day and they were very flexible in making changes.
John and Charlie did a great job!! They were very helpful and informative. I will be using this company again. L.Johnson
Dave was KNOWLEDGEABLE and THOROUGH while performing my Home Inspection. He was able and willing to answer all the questions I had during the inspection. I would definitely recommend him for your home inspection needs.
