Tim Heise was an excellent inspector. He caught a few issues in our new construction condo. First, his thoroughness caught a panel that couldn’t be opened. Second, he had a tool to test furnaces that detected an issue that wouldn’t have been caught otherwise. We would definitely hire Tim and Chicagoland Home Inspectors again.
Second time home buyer and the difference between Tim Heise and the previous guy was night and day. Not only was the booking process a breeze, but the entire process was smooth and easy. Tim was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I don't think I'll be buying a third home any time soon…
Buying my first condo, finding an inspector I could trust was very important. I was blown away by the guide that was sent directly to my phone when I called in to get more details about the teams process and how to book. Getting the inspection booked was super easy and communication was absolutely amazing from…
Tim Heise performed our Home Inspection. Super thorough and detail ordered... found even the most minute issues. Definitely recommend him and Chiagoland Home Inspectors 5-Star company!!!
Reasonable price We are first time home buyers and going through all the steps is overwhelming. Frank was kind , patient and thorough. He made us feel supported and we felt like he had our best interest. He answered all our questions without any judgement. We also had a very short timeline since the sellers were…
Very easy to make the appointment and pay the amount online (zelle) . The inspector, Tim was extremely professional . He came on time and did a detailed inspection of the property . He also explained to me about the working of HVAC & ERV . He took time to explain their features and how to change filters . He…
My husband and I were paired with Vince for our first (more on that, later) home inspection. He did such an amazing job, and took the time to explain his findings and answer any questions we had. By the way, he stayed and checked every inch of the property, and was there for almost all of 5 hours. Thanks to his…
Absolutely amazing experience with Alex. Their prices are incredible especially counting the part they are absolutely very detailed in their reports with multiple photos and videos and thorough explanation on everything. Great customer service. Answered all questions patiently and kindly. I could not recommend…
The inspection went very well, he (frank) was extre very personable, and loved not only tolerated what I would classify as dumb questions . Hopefully i don't need to get another home inspection anytime soon, but if I did he would definitely be the first person I call
I did quite some research before going with Chicagoland & Tom and I'm pleased with my decision. Tom was on time, patient with my questions, and very thorough during the inspection process. I'm on the conservative side in terms of risk tolerance, so I appreciate the thoroughness in the inspection and Tom's thinking.…
Knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.
Mark and David were great! They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. In the past I've had a bad home-inspection experience with another company, which made me hesitant, but Mark really made me feel comfortable and even took the time to explain everything; from new-construction inspection to how certain…
