Chicane is the only repair shop we trust with our BMWs. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, and working with Andrew and Aaron in the front office is always a great experience. They take the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure every detail is handled before I leave. Our…
Chicane services all our households Bimmers. They are very straight forward and honest. I believe their pricing is fair, I have yet to have any issues with quality of work. Based on a person's living/working area they are always my 1st recommendation for European vehicles.
Great shop with knowledgable and friendly staff. My visit was limited to regularly scheduled maintenance but Chicane completed it quickly and was cheaper than the dealership. I'm not ready for any performance upgrades just yet but these guys clearly know what they're doing if that's what you're looking for.
This company blows it out of the park every single time thank you guys so much! Kansas is very lucky to have this business local!
Fantastic euro, especially for complex engine work! My 2013 Audi A6 and 2017 Q7 3.0 T have had their PCV, water pump, thermostat, and carbon clean (walnut blast for A6) done, and they're running strong afterwards. Also, Q7 had my AC compressor replaced here. Will be using these guys again in the future. 10/10 recommend.
This was my first time taking my vehicle to Chicane and I was very pleased. Great communication and work was completed timely. I will definitely be returning. Thanks!
Loved working with Chicane, Brad and Andrew were amazing. They were able to get me in on short notice to get some parts installed and when they found a problem they were very helpful working with the insurance company. Will gladly be bringing my car back next time I need something done!
Best service in the midwest I’ve dealt with. Communication was amazing as well as the work that has been done to the car.
Always the best!
LOVE Chicane. We are so lucky to have them in Olathe. Thankful to not have to pay twice as much to have my car serviced at the dealership.
Excellent service, as promised, price as quoted and on time!!
Chicane delivers again on servicing my Audi with a 4 wheel alignment. Easy, honest, efficient, and quality work. And bonus - there's a racing simulator in the waiting room. What's not to like?!
Grateful for the opportunity to have a reliable non dealer team to keep this fine BMW M3 running and preforming like the true sports car it was built to be. Fair price accurate diagnosis and timely service. Very courteous staff as well. Would never consider another company to service my M3. So glad we found them. Thanks to Nick C
Top notch service! Great guys! Installed my vrsf charge pipes and charge coolers! Quick turn around time!
The only place I’ll let work on my Audi. Great knowledgeable trustworthy people, everything always goes smooth and they go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic time hanging out with everyone in the shop. Very professional crew. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my cars there. Thanks for the awesome experience!
This is the most honest shop ever and Andrew is one heck of a man who will answer any question you may have with no B.S. so that anyone can understand thank you guys for all u do
The team at Chicane was extremely helpful. Provided regular updates about what was needed to flash my ecu and performed all work in a timely manner.
These guys are awesome, quick, pleasant, knowledgeable. The only place I'll bring my diesel BMW for anything.
Brad and the guys at Chicane are true professionals! Great work and a great experience!
Very knowledgeable team and pleasant waiting room while waiting for car to be serviced. Will be back for future service needs.
First time having my Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet serviced since I bought it. Had oil and filter changed and asked for them to go over the car to make sure everything was up to par, all good. Would highly recommend Chicane for your German or European import car, they know their stuff.
Extremely professional and friendly. Consistent oil changes and regular maintenance on my 987.1. Thank you Chicane team!
Brought in my recently acquired E46 M3 for all new fluids and overall vehicle inspection. Easy to schedule appointment and Brad took time to discuss what all was being done and provided me a detailed email of all findings. Overall a great experience and know my BMW is in good hands.
Could not be any happier with these folks as people, and technicians! Great group of folks who’s work actually out preformed their already stellar reputation! Highly recommend them!
Honestly the best experience I have ever had taking my car in for repair work. This team is knowledgeable about BMWs and helped me solve an issue that two other places couldn’t. They got me in quickly and had my car ready in a day. Can’t thank them enough for how easy they made the experience. I will be a continued customer and I live 30 miles away.
These guys are very knowledgeable and took great care of our vehicle! We will definitely be back for those upgrades!
