This is the cutest place to take a friend to lunch. I ordered Lauryn’s Lemon Basil, Mac n cheese and a fruit cup. The meal came with a tiny Vanilla cookie. Staff is kind, and buss the tables. I saw staff cleaning. I like how you have to walk to the back of the restaurant to order, and then seat, as this layout…
i love chicken salad chick everyone is friendly except for the manager with tattoos on her knuckles i thought she was having a bad day but she’s actually just rude everytime i come in and i don’t appreciate it
Disappointed and surprised that take away was in a styrofoam box. In Fayetteville. Won't be spending my $ here again.
It was wayy better than i expected actually. No offense just not a big chicken salad person but i got the Olivias old south blt on croissant with loaded baked potato soup. It came with a pickle and a cookie. It was the perfect combo for a cool rainy day and after having been sick.
The food was solid, but not exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant for people who want a predictable menu. The service was wonderful and my order was ready very quickly. I think I may have been there right after the lunch rush, because several tables were dirty. The tables were cleaned while I was eating, and the floor was also lightly cleaned.

When I was eating I didn’t feel rushed, a rare feeling these days. Chicken Salad chick is a place where time slows down and you have the option to peacefully enjoy tasty chicken salad! Will be visiting again.
