Amber and her husband, who run Chimney Poineer were very friendly, responsive, and professional. When they had to reschedule due to weather poor weather, they were very proactive and communicative when it came to rescheduling. Will definitely call them again next year!

We used Chimney Pioneer to clean our woodstove chimney, they were great and very professional. We will always use them.

Highly recommend! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, clean, prompt - I could go on and on. Fantastic work and gave incredibly helpful recommendations.

Really enjoyed our experience with Chimney Pioneer. They were on-time, professional, and very polite. The booking experience was straightforward (I found other services to be a bit more complicated to understand exactly what we were getting). The cleaning went smoothly and was over in about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Chimney Pioneer!
