Really good job cleaning the chimney from top to bottom for a good price with before and after pictures! The were on time, and even blocked off the opening to the fire place to make sure dust didn’t get inside. Awesome job all around.
Would absolutely recommend Chimney Pioneer! Great service & quality. They were super friendly, and gave us some great tips on how to care for our fireplace/chimney throughout the year.
Easy to work with and looks great! Our fireplace hadn't been cleaned since the 90's and they were completely non-judgemental and efficient. Will definitely reach out to them again in the future - thanks again! 😊
Very kind and professional!
Very professional and received a call that they are ahead of schedule and if they could come earlier which was fine with me. The chimney was cleaned and they left the place very clean. There was some concern that the tape on my freshly painted fireplace bricks might get damaged when they cover the opening in order…
Chimney Pioneer are fantastic- Responsive and easy to schedule, very reasonable price (about half what others quoted thanks to their winter special), on-time, and super friendly and knowledgeable. Our new-to-us chimney was pretty dirty, and not only did they perform a fantastic clean but they took the time to…
I would highly recommend Chimney Pioneer. They had exceptional customer service-professional, kind and very communicative. I felt comfortable having them inside my home. They did a great job cleaning our chimney. We will definitely be using them again!
Just one thing: If they could run vacuum cleaner extensions indoors so the vacuum can stay outside, it would eliminate any odor. 5 stars 🌟
Highly recommend! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, clean, prompt - I could go on and on. Fantastic work and gave incredibly helpful recommendations.
Very nice & well prepared - and provided a rare service of 100% total satisfaction - thank you!
All around great experience. Their website made it very easy to schedule. They arrived a few minutes early. They were professional, polite, safe, and efficient. They did a great job cleaning our two chimneys. Overall just very happy with the experience.
It was very easy to schedule a date and time for our chimney cleaning via their online appointment system. I received a phone call and a text notifying me that they would be twenty minutes late due to traffic issues. Many companies give you a four hour window for arrival, they called to say they would be only…
Very good service, personable and informative. Arrived and got straight to work, but also explained the work and nuances about our chimney and fireplace insert. I highly recommend Chimney Pioneer
Responsive, professional, did great work, and was reasonably priced. I enjoyed having them work on my chimney and will certainly hire them again when the time comes.
Great service , on time, worked quickly and did a good job. Our fireplace had not been cleaned in over a decade, but that was no problem. Highly recommended, I would use there services again.
On time, gave advice on how to perform "DIY fixes" and I will use them again!
Friendly and professional. Highly recommend them.
Very thorough! Kind, courteous, and professional!
Great people, responsive, kept me informed. Found animal nest in chimney -- removed nest. Fortunately no animal present. Highly recommend.
On-time, friendly, thorough and helpful. Before and after picture were night and day difference. Would recommend their services to anyone!
