I have been to this location twice now and have really enjoyed my experience both times. They provided shuttle service and rideshare to and from my workplace. The waiting area is also great and has plenty of unique snacks and sodas and other drinks. They were very responsive with emails and sent me a very good…
First time ever there and they treated me so well. They were clear and concise about what all I needed done to my vehicle. Definitely a 10/10 would recommend!
Been using this location for 8 years. Very good at distinguishing which repairs are urgent and which can wait. I trust them 100%.
I went in with a list of issues including a seatbelt that needed to be replaced. They fixed everything on my list (they fixed the seatbelt no charge) The car drives like it’s brand new). Arranged transport to and from my home. VERY professional and HONEST. Thank you!
Fantastic customer service and knowledgeable mechanics who do it right the first time around.
The work was completed in a professional manner and done at the estimate. Have used Christian Brothers on numerous occasions and have always been happy with their results
They are so sincere and kind each time I go. They are a 45 minute drive but I would not trust anyone else for my work.
Honest + Trustworthy + Kind. Quality work isn’t enough, it’s the fact that I was quoted over $3k for work that was “urgently needed” and took it to CBA for a courtesy inspection and they saved me from spending over $2k in unnecessary work!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for someone they can…
I had extensive maintenance and repairs done on a Ford F150 truck. They did a very good job. The service team was friendly, courteous, and clear in options that were proposed as urgent or recommended. Highly recommend!!
I had a great experience with CBA in Apex. Heidi was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the process. Kelly assisted me with answers and offered me snacks/beverages. She kept me up on what was going on and how long the processes take. I didn't have time to ask questions because they were answering them…
I can’t say enough good things about the Apex Christian Brothers location for auto maintenance and repairs. I have found their inspections to be very helpful, especially the photo documentation of any issues they find. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly and always able and willing to answer…
I’ve been here a couple of times now, small and big repairs. The prices are very competitive if you’re looking for a group of mechanics you can trust. Customer service is top notch and they’re very transparent. Oh and the compressive digital reports they give you is awesome!
Nah, will never use again.
The high level of customer service is the first thing you encounter. Then the Respect, professionalism and unquestionable service mechanics. Honest business!!
I went Christian Brothers for the first time today but will definitely not be my last. The communication with the staff was the best I have ever experienced! The inspection was very detailed and categorized by what needed to be done and when. The pictures they took of my brakes was something I have never seen done…
Great service and great people They tell you exactly what they will do and then follow through with the task Very highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive of Apex
Excellent service and very honest; being an older women it was truly appreciated. My son-in-law told me to go there and he was right. I did not need an alignment and they did not do it. I appreciate their honesty because it saved me money. Also the picking up and drop off service was great. All of their staff were very friendly and respectful.
I can't say enough good things about CBA, Kenny the owner, and the entire team! What they are doing is far and away above and beyond what you'd want from your auto shop. On the shop / service side of the business I love their backend system that will send me the diagnostics, pictures of what the issue is, and their…
