Not my first review, but again the service was excellent. Being able to discuss issues and then possible solutions without any pressure is important to me. They communicate to you in a timely manner which is also very helpful.
I went in with a list of issues including a seatbelt that needed to be replaced. They fixed everything on my list (they fixed the seatbelt no charge) The car drives like it’s brand new). Arranged transport to and from my home. VERY professional and HONEST. Thank you!
Fast, courteous, very clean and comfortable, waiting room area
Really happy with the service here. Outstanding team up front with Kelly and Steve. Very knowledgeable and articulate. The shop was clean and professionally run. The communication was first rate. I’ve always been impressed by Christian Brothers, but this is the best I’ve come across. Clearly led and managed exceptionally well.
The work was completed in a professional manner and done at the estimate. Have used Christian Brothers on numerous occasions and have always been happy with their results
I very much appreciated the professional, friendly and knowledgable service at CBA. This was my first visit and I am looking forward to continuing my business with them in the years to come.
They are so sincere and kind each time I go. They are a 45 minute drive but I would not trust anyone else for my work.
I was very impressed with how professional and nice the guys were. They did a diagnosis and sent me pictures and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. They were able to fix and do all the we jobs I requested the same day, which was wonderful because then I didn't have to worry about making another…
The nicest people I have ever met, I’ve only been here for a few months, I came here to get my car serviced and was offered a ride back home I have never experienced that at a mechanic shop , it was so grateful. They send you videos and pictures of the problems so you know they’re not just telling you anything!!!!…
Oustanding service and customer service. I was kept updatesd of the status of my car. I will definitely go back if I need to get my triuck repaired again.
I had extensive maintenance and repairs done on a Ford F150 truck. They did a very good job. The service team was friendly, courteous, and clear in options that were proposed as urgent or recommended. Highly recommend!!
Thank you CBA Apex, the staff, service and professionalism is top notch. I have been coming to them 2024 and they have put a good amount of work into my vehicle. I respect them and they have always done right by me.
The staff was very friendly and really put my mind at ease when it came to repairing my car, the drop off was very smooth and they even provided transportation when my car was ready. I’ll definitely send my friends and family here for their car repairs.
Great family team at this shop. They were thorough and clear with communicating everything. The prices were not cheap, but nothing unnecessary or not needed. They were clear and transparent. I will consider this place in the future.
I can’t say enough good things about the Apex Christian Brothers location for auto maintenance and repairs. I have found their inspections to be very helpful, especially the photo documentation of any issues they find. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly and always able and willing to answer…
Great communication. No surprises.
5/5 service all around. They go the extra mile to address all your concerns and also provide the most detailed breakdown of the condition of your car that I've ever seen from an automotive shop!
I’ve been here a couple of times now, small and big repairs. The prices are very competitive if you’re looking for a group of mechanics you can trust. Customer service is top notch and they’re very transparent. Oh and the compressive digital reports they give you is awesome!
These guys are the best! Twice now they were able to fit me in the next day and resolve my issue quickly. I've been about 4 or 5 times and it's always been a great experience. I had no idea how expensive the 60K mile service was on my Subaru Outback. They beat the dealer's price and helped me prioritized what…

I must say the name says it all! This had to be the most impressive automotive service I've seen in a long time. I've had some good auto repair services, but Christian Brothers Automotive has won my business. I was referred by a very good friend who has been in the same service as myself. I've been in the corporate…
My experience was phenomenal! It is rare to find exceptional customer service these days and CBA nailed it. They went above and beyond to accommodate our repair needs and more. I Would highly recommend

The high level of customer service is the first thing you encounter. Then the Respect, professionalism and unquestionable service mechanics. Honest business!!
I went Christian Brothers for the first time today but will definitely not be my last. The communication with the staff was the best I have ever experienced! They provide a great estimate on work. Then they go over the vehicle and send a report for anything additional and this is done online. You click what you would like and approve. It is rated also to provide if it it needs immediate attention or can wait. They even drive me to work and pick me up.
Fair, thorough easy to communicate with local service.
Easy, responsible, caring service provider
This place is amazing!! Staff is great and service is out of this world. Highly recommend!!
Great fast diagnostics with detailed estimate of needed repairs. Explained details well and even delivered car after repairs complete!
A great place and great experience for me. They did a full check of my car, started with more important things, I.e. spark plugs and air filter. The guys are so nice and very thorough. Kenny, the owner is awesome and gave me a ride home and picked me up to get my car later. The fact that they are Christians is an…
