I have been to this location twice now and have really enjoyed my experience both times. They provided shuttle service and rideshare to and from my workplace. The waiting area is also great and has plenty of unique snacks and sodas and other drinks. They were very responsive with emails and sent me a very good…
Not my first review, but again the service was excellent. Being able to discuss issues and then possible solutions without any pressure is important to me. They communicate to you in a timely manner which is also very helpful.
Super friendly staff and very nice new and clean facility. They did an excellent job of explaning the repair options and even gave me a ride home. Skip the dealer and hear over to Christian Brothers you will not be disappointed.
Almost as though a precious gift has been sent to you... thoughtful, caring, courteous and diligent! Thanks again 👍
I went in with a list of issues including a seatbelt that needed to be replaced. They fixed everything on my list (they fixed the seatbelt no charge) The car drives like it’s brand new). Arranged transport to and from my home. VERY professional and HONEST. Thank you!
Always have a great experience with Christian Brothers
Great experience! Steve and his team was so responsive and helpful to get my son’s car back up and running.
While the main thing we needed was an oil change and general inspection, Steve went more than the extra mile with the fluid check, tire inspection, and digital report card with photos. Amazing service!
I very much appreciated the professional, friendly and knowledgable service at CBA. This was my first visit and I am looking forward to continuing my business with them in the years to come.
Highly recommend. Amazing & genuine customer service. Great use of technology.
I was very impressed with how professional and nice the guys were. They did a diagnosis and sent me pictures and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. They were able to fix and do all the we jobs I requested the same day, which was wonderful because then I didn't have to worry about making another…
Absolutely loved the service here, you can tell something is different, not sure if it’s the music or what but when I stepped in, I just felt a layer of peace that I cannot describe. This shop is definitely different from the others been to!
This shop was so great: pleasant, clear communication, and replaced my steering rack within 2 days! Couldn't recommend more!
I'm taking my car here for a while and I always get great customer service and a job done right.
I’ve been taking both my car and my wife’s car to Christian Brothers for over a year now, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about them. From the moment they answer the phone with “How can I serve you?”, you can tell customer service is at the heart of what they do. Steve is usually the person I work…
This is my third or fourth visit over a period of three or four years their services are the best absolutely. They guarantee their work and parts. They always bring me back and pick me up when my car is done what more can a person ask for. God bless these people we need more people like this.
The personal at Christian Brothers are professional, courteous and efficient.
Great service and they don’t try and upsell a bunch of useless services. I went to the dealership last time because I had a coupon and regretted that choice.
They took care of both of our vehicle in a timely manner. Checked over the vehicle, oil change, and provided information to look out for in the upcoming months. They provided me with detailed information about what they took care of! Everyone at Christian Brothers was very professional and extremely polite!
This location is fantastic. They really care about their work and their customers. We love Steve, he really shows you everything and documents everything about your vehicle even for an oil change. It makes us feel so much better about the life and health of our vehicles. We take both of ours to them. Their prices…
I had a great experience with CBA in Apex. Heidi was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the process. Kelly assisted me with answers and offered me snacks/beverages. She kept me up on what was going on and how long the processes take. I didn't have time to ask questions because they were answering them…
I can’t say enough good things about the Apex Christian Brothers location for auto maintenance and repairs. I have found their inspections to be very helpful, especially the photo documentation of any issues they find. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly and always able and willing to answer…
I always get great service at CBA Apex. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate the level of detail they provide in the estimates. The free shuttle is also SUPER helpful.
5/5 service all around. They go the extra mile to address all your concerns and also provide the most detailed breakdown of the condition of your car that I've ever seen from an automotive shop!
Fast, friendly, and fair-priced. Christian Brothers Automotive in Apex took care of an oil change + tire rotation on my 2020 Corolla, included a complimentary inspection, and had me out in about an hour. Great service—will be back.
These guys are the best! Twice now they were able to fit me in the next day and resolve my issue quickly. I've been about 4 or 5 times and it's always been a great experience. I had no idea how expensive the 60K mile service was on my Subaru Outback. They beat the dealer's price and helped me prioritized what…
Very pleased with my experience. I had been to a Christian Brothers in another state and had a very positive experience, so I figured I would try one in the Raleigh area. My first experience was just average. I dropped my vehicle off and it took the majority of the day for them to get to it for an oil change and…
Thank you for an excellent repairing service. I appreciate for the work well done. I’d highly recommend the Christian Brothers of Apex to do your repair job. Great team, professional and good service.
I usually change my oil myself, but because of a hand injury I decided to go to this shop — and that was a mistake. The next day I checked the oil level (the car was parked on a flat surface, not on an incline) and I was honestly shocked. Not only did they not insert the dipstick all the way, but they also…
Friendly Staff and fast service! Will definitely return!
These guys are absolutely excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They diagnosed and fixed my issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine respect. The shop is clean, well-organized, and run by people who clearly know what they’re doing. 10/10 experience from start to finish.…
Excellent service with very professional staff and clean environment. Highly recommend for automotive needs!
The *day* I relocated from Indiana, my wheels locked up and I needed to have my vehicle towed to a repair shop - my friend's sister recommended this shop & I have nothing but great things to say! I have been back twice since my initial visit for other maintenance issues & repairs over the past 9 months and every…
Everything went amazing. Came in last minute for an oil change and was able to have my car worked on right away. Great people who explained everything I needed to know without trying to upsell. Very thorough as well. 🙌🏼
Just our luck, we were 10 miles away from our daughter's dorm move in and she calls me to tell me her battery light was on. After a bit of a frantic search, I found Christian Brothers in Apex and they were able to give me a quote without looking at the vehicle so I had it towed there. They were very responsive and…
Excellent service and very honest; being an older women it was truly appreciated. My son-in-law told me to go there and he was right. I did not need an alignment and they did not do it. I appreciate their honesty because it saved me money. Also the picking up and drop off service was great. All of their staff were very friendly and respectful.
Thanks for detailed report
Thank you to Mr.Kenny and Kyle and employees who works there. It's so close to the house and they really explain some preventive maintenance items on my vehicle so I definitely will be coming back in the near future and I also have my wife's car as well. Excellent job!! On 12/08/22 I had a scheduled appointment for…
Top notch service and communication.
Good communication, and kind!
Very clean waiting area with snacks and drinks. Staff is very kind and welcoming. They take pictures of your car to show you what needs worked on and explains everything in detail. Not pushy about getting you to have services done. I was done in less than an hour! Will definitely be going there again for future services.
Fair, thorough easy to communicate with local service.
Easy, responsible, caring service provider
Great fast diagnostics with detailed estimate of needed repairs. Explained details well and even delivered car after repairs complete!
Staff is fantastic, office is clean service is within my budget!
The employees were very cordial, friendly, and professional. Very fast service. Will continue to use as my auto maintenance locale.
This place is outstanding .I called and went in and was waited on time of arrival. And less than 35 mins I was out.I halft to give them a thumbs up...👍
I had a great experience with their service. The mechanic knew exactly what needed to be done and made me aware of an early issue that I chose to repair to prevent a problem later. They quickly obtained the parts and got me back on the road. I would definitely recommend visiting them for regular maintenance or repairs.
Christian Brothers did an oil change for me, and were even able to get me in at the last minute. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish! They were quick, professional, and the service was great! I will definitely be back.
Owner is a generous man who wants your business. No one works off commission and the honesty was evident. I used the shuttle as well, clean and efficient. Highly suggest switching to Christian Brothers Automotive
Loved the customer service I received while getting my oil change. They were gracious enough to pick up AND drop off my car from my job super close to the building. The inspection link I was sent was very informative, i was able to SEE the issue that my car needs repair on instead of just trusting their word.would def Recommend!
They were very friendly and worked quickly. Offered a free shuttle service but I just waited. Had free drinks and chips, etc. Offered their free 21 point inspection which I agreed to, and they said everything looked great. Good to know they don't just always find something wrong. No complaints, A+.
