I have been to this location twice now and have really enjoyed my experience both times. They provided shuttle service and rideshare to and from my workplace. The waiting area is also great and has plenty of unique snacks and sodas and other drinks. They were very responsive with emails and sent me a very good…
Been using this location for 8 years. Very good at distinguishing which repairs are urgent and which can wait. I trust them 100%.
I went in with a list of issues including a seatbelt that needed to be replaced. They fixed everything on my list (they fixed the seatbelt no charge) The car drives like it’s brand new). Arranged transport to and from my home. VERY professional and HONEST. Thank you!
While the main thing we needed was an oil change and general inspection, Steve went more than the extra mile with the fluid check, tire inspection, and digital report card with photos. Amazing service!
They are the absolute best! Pricing is fair, service team is very competent, honest and friendly. Can’t say enough about them. They go above and beyond expectations.
I was very impressed with how professional and nice the guys were. They did a diagnosis and sent me pictures and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. They were able to fix and do all the we jobs I requested the same day, which was wonderful because then I didn't have to worry about making another…
Absolutely loved the service here, you can tell something is different, not sure if it’s the music or what but when I stepped in, I just felt a layer of peace that I cannot describe. This shop is definitely different from the others been to!
Super friendly staff. Great communication throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them!
Oustanding service and customer service. I was kept updatesd of the status of my car. I will definitely go back if I need to get my triuck repaired again.
I had extensive maintenance and repairs done on a Ford F150 truck. They did a very good job. The service team was friendly, courteous, and clear in options that were proposed as urgent or recommended. Highly recommend!!
I always get great service at CBA Apex. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate the level of detail they provide in the estimates. The free shuttle is also SUPER helpful.
This was our first visit to Christian Brothers and certainly won’t be our last! We found all the employees to be friendly, helpful and professional and seemed to have our best interests in mind. My husband and I were pleased with the price of our new tires and found the environment in the waiting room comfortable and hospitable. We highly recommend!!!
5/5 service all around. They go the extra mile to address all your concerns and also provide the most detailed breakdown of the condition of your car that I've ever seen from an automotive shop!
I’ve been here a couple of times now, small and big repairs. The prices are very competitive if you’re looking for a group of mechanics you can trust. Customer service is top notch and they’re very transparent. Oh and the compressive digital reports they give you is awesome!
These guys are the best! Twice now they were able to fit me in the next day and resolve my issue quickly. I've been about 4 or 5 times and it's always been a great experience. I had no idea how expensive the 60K mile service was on my Subaru Outback. They beat the dealer's price and helped me prioritized what…
I went to CB thinking I had bad rear wheel bearings because of a loud noise while driving. After taking a look, they diagnosed the real issue as cupped tires - not worn out, just bad - and quoted me for four new tires and a few related items. The price was fair, so I approved the work and picked up the car later the…
Excellent service with very professional staff and clean environment. Highly recommend for automotive needs!
This is the second time I’ve used Christian Brothers Automotive. I again received service that was above and beyond both for myself and my vehicle. The staff is professional and courteous. Kelly (in Apex) is wonderful, making a point to greet you by name, even if she’s not the one assisting you. The technician that…
Excellent service and very honest; being an older women it was truly appreciated. My son-in-law told me to go there and he was right. I did not need an alignment and they did not do it. I appreciate their honesty because it saved me money. Also the picking up and drop off service was great. All of their staff were very friendly and respectful.
Always do a great job, great staff,
It's so great to deal with a shop that has everything online. It makes it so convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I never felt they were trying to overcharge me. I had an insurance claim and it was seamless!
Always a great experience when dealing with CBA Apex and the skilled team there!
