I have been to this location twice now and have really enjoyed my experience both times. They provided shuttle service and rideshare to and from my workplace. The waiting area is also great and has plenty of unique snacks and sodas and other drinks. They were very responsive with emails and sent me a very good…
Been using this location for 8 years. Very good at distinguishing which repairs are urgent and which can wait. I trust them 100%.
I went in with a list of issues including a seatbelt that needed to be replaced. They fixed everything on my list (they fixed the seatbelt no charge) The car drives like it’s brand new). Arranged transport to and from my home. VERY professional and HONEST. Thank you!
Overall good experience. Scheduling an appointment and dropping off my vehicle was easy and convenient and Christian brothers got to my vehicle quickly. The tech who did my alignment (Josiah) was very thorough in making sure all the alignment specifications were correct. I will definitely be going there for future car work.
I took my car in for an alignment and they were able to do it quickly and correctly. I’ve had issues in the past at Firestone with techs neglecting to adjust certain parameters and the tech at Christian brothers was very thorough in making sure everything was adjusted correctly. Also getting an appointment with…
While the main thing we needed was an oil change and general inspection, Steve went more than the extra mile with the fluid check, tire inspection, and digital report card with photos. Amazing service!
Please save your time and money because this place will make you blow your engine in your car. Both times when I got my oil changed in my car they did not put enough oil in my car. I accepted the first time and brought it to their attention. They apologize and the second time they did it I brought it to their…
They are so sincere and kind each time I go. They are a 45 minute drive but I would not trust anyone else for my work.
I was very impressed with how professional and nice the guys were. They did a diagnosis and sent me pictures and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. They were able to fix and do all the we jobs I requested the same day, which was wonderful because then I didn't have to worry about making another…
This shop was so great: pleasant, clear communication, and replaced my steering rack within 2 days! Couldn't recommend more!
Work was done fast explained clear with photos and any questions answered
I had a great experience with CBA in Apex. Heidi was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the process. Kelly assisted me with answers and offered me snacks/beverages. She kept me up on what was going on and how long the processes take. I didn't have time to ask questions because they were answering them…
I can’t say enough good things about the Apex Christian Brothers location for auto maintenance and repairs. I have found their inspections to be very helpful, especially the photo documentation of any issues they find. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly and always able and willing to answer…
5/5 service all around. They go the extra mile to address all your concerns and also provide the most detailed breakdown of the condition of your car that I've ever seen from an automotive shop!
Very pleased with my experience. I had been to a Christian Brothers in another state and had a very positive experience, so I figured I would try one in the Raleigh area. My first experience was just average. I dropped my vehicle off and it took the majority of the day for them to get to it for an oil change and…
This is the second time I’ve used Christian Brothers Automotive. I again received service that was above and beyond both for myself and my vehicle. The staff is professional and courteous. Kelly (in Apex) is wonderful, making a point to greet you by name, even if she’s not the one assisting you. The technician that…
Thank you to Mr.Kenny and Kyle and employees who works there. It's so close to the house and they really explain some preventive maintenance items on my vehicle so I definitely will be coming back in the near future and I also have my wife's car as well. Excellent job!! On 12/08/22 I had a scheduled appointment for…
