They were patient and fixed any and everything I need done!! Great Staff!! Will be back!!
My yellow check engine light had been on for about 6 months and I thought it was an about time to bring my car in to see what was going on. I was able to talk with the guy at the front desk about the problem and he was able to direct me and get my car fixed by the end of the day. He was a very informative and…
I went in for diagnostic testing. They found the issue some expected, a couple not. CBA reached out to the warranty company. The warranty company initially didn’t want to pay their portion and kept postponing by requesting more documentation from myself and the shop. CBA never gave up and went to bat with the…
I am new in town, so when I got an oil change at Valvoline and a worker there noticed my engine was leaking oil, I asked where I should take my car to get fixed. He recommend Christian Brothers Automotive, so I took my car there for an inspection. I found out my oil was leaking in multiple places. The communication…
I’ve been using Christian Brothers Automotive in Fayetteville for the past eight years, and they’ve never let me down. Over the years, they’ve helped me with everything from putting a motor in my truck to routine oil changes, and every single time, the quality of work has been exceptional. Most recently, Lane…
chrstian Brothers are the best. my check engine light came on and all the lights where flashing. I called the place I usually take it to and they couldn't see me untill a week later. (mind you it is the only car I have and I have no one to call for rides to work). I called christian Brothers and talked to September.…
They told me exactly what was wrong with my car
Christian Brothers always treats me right. The service is impeccable and their technicians are the best in the area. I’ve always had a phenomenal experience with all my cars.
First time, and I was very pleased with hospitality and service. Now they have me as a consistent customer. Their service report is objective and very well reported with pictures, statements and links to deeper explanation online. At this time I highly recommend CB for you auto repairs with clear outcomes.
Great customer service! While family uses them and they are wonderful!
Very friendly group of people. I was by far not the easiest customer, but they were very patient with me and go my truck back on the road.
Rodrigo was so nice to deal with. they took care of us for a fair price.
They were able to give me a very thorough diagnostic and able to explain the issues I was concerned about as well as tell me what was good, needs attention, and urgent to deal with. They were also able to give me a shuttle home and back with a kids etc.
I had to have a lot of work done and Christian Brothers did a great job of getting it all done quickly and efficiently. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I'll definitely be back the next time I need something done on my vehicle.
Great communication, competent and caring staff…..highly recommend!
They are awesome!! Very welcoming and friendly. Very professional! Would definitely recommend!!
They did excellent, were very thorough, polite, and very communicative.
Very nice staff keeps you informed and honest about their prices for labor and parts. I would recommend.
Brent was absolutely amazing! He was able to figure out that the issue with my car was a recall issue and called my dealership to figure out my options all in less than 20 minutes! He didn’t charge me either which has turned what would have been a very expensive car issue into a completely free one! I will be…
Really great place - fast and quality work with good communication. Another place in town told me I needed to replace my ac compressor - an 800 dollar repair for my vehicle. Christian Brothers found the issue was just a faulty relay and fixed it for under 100 alongside other work and inspection.
Honest, straightforward and transparent are just a few words that describe my experience with Brent.
I would highly recommend Christian brothers. They are very thorough on your vehicle inspection and take pictures with explanations of why the repair need to be made. I feel yes they are little higher then your traditional mom and pop shop but I feel the cost comes out on the quality of work you will receive. Also they guarantee their work for 3 years.
Great customer service and quick turnaround time
The only positive thing I can say about my experience with Christian Bros. is that their employees were very friendly. In my experience they recommended repairs I didn't need and that did not solve the problem. And, the repairs that they actually did, they did incorrectly or defectively. I paid them $865 for…
I recommend Christian Brothers Automotive because they are extremely knowledgeable and honest. If your car does not need a service, they will tell you! I really appreciate that. Their communication is fantastic. They are a good trustworthy company and I enjoy doing business with Christian Brothers Automotive.
Better service than anything I've experienced with dealerships or 3rd party.
Must have had a change in management. Over double on parts! Over double on hours! Insisted on charging diagnostic when the issue i knew the issue! $145,00 AVOID AVOID AVOID Did it myself .1 hours from watching Youtube Knew it wasn't worth Over $800.00.. spent $50 in parts and didn't even have good tools. This place is great! After several bad experiences at a local major auto dealership I researched Christian Brothers and I’m glad I did. Customer service is great, repair work was done well the first time, and they looked for ways to save me money. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
CBA made every step of the way effortless and painless with through and through transparency and professionalism. They're quality of service, both on the cars, and to the customer is unmatched to any other business I've been to, automotive or not. The owner of the shop even went out of his way to pick me up and…
