My truck wouldn't start in a nearby parking lot. The owner was gracious enough to personally walk over and help me get it jumped so I could drive it over to the shop. Then he got a tech to replace the battery and on top of that cut me a deal on the labor. All this 20min before closing time. Needless to say I was incredibly thankful.
