Update: The owner reached out and was super professional and courteous. Explained everything in detail and offered to at least refund the inspection fee. Updated from 2-4 Paid $220 for a prepurchase inspection. They only noted that the vehicle needed a front wheel bearing and an alignment. After paying $600 to get…
Max is the best courtesy car driver around. Very safe and he drives so well you forget you're in a car. John is the best representative I've dealt with. I never met the technicians but they have done top notch work. They do premium work, fast. My issues are all fixed and they look brand new. This is the only place doing work on my vehicles.
Updating, since it's been a bit. Still use CB Auto for all the normal (and unexpected) maintenance on my old car. They do good work, they're easy to communicate with, and they've consistently been willing to go the extra mile. Easy communication. Comfortable atmosphere. Great service. Fair prices. Warrantied work.…
Amazing service and people! I will not go anywhere else
Went in for a diagnostic and wheel alignment. They booked me in quickly and gave me a comprehensive diagnostic sent to my phone with a video showing and explaining what was wrong. Will be back.
Heather and Rodrigo took great care of me and kept me updated during the entire process. These guys always go the extra mile.

As a freshman at the U of A, I was a little nervous about having to bring my car in because I always relied on my parents to help me with it back home. However, the staff was so kind and they thoroughly explained everything to me! They definitely put my nerves to ease and I look forward to using them in the future.
Very professional people that work there
My family was taking a family camping trip in the Arkansas area when i must have driven over something causing steering issues. Obviously I was extremely concerned with my entire family in the car and also not knowing the area mechanic shops I was nervous about our trip being ruined. I was completely relieved to…
I brought my 2015 Nissan Versa in to get an estimate for repairs when my vehicle was making scraping noises on right turns and humming loudly / vibrating when driving (especially on the highway). When I called in ahead of time, they said it would be a level 1 test and inspection and should cost around $65 for the…
