Overall great experience! The staff was very friendly, accommodating, honest, helpful, and provided great overall customer service. I started using CBA a few months back and have had to use them several times. A+ for courtesy, environment, and professionalism....honored warranty without question. Excellent service all the way around.
Service was great. There was a billing error and the duplicate charge was removed instead of saying that there were more parts or more time needed. Cost me half of what the dealership quoted.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The service was quick and efficient. I also appreciate that they didn’t try to “up sell” me on any unnecessary services. I will definitely be back!
They did an awesome job with my girlfriends oil change. Picked her car up while she was at work and had it back before she was off! So convenient, and fair priced. Only $45 for an oil change! Will definitely be going back to Christian Brothers for all of our car repair needs!
