Aaron is an awesome service representative. He keeps you informed as your repair is progressing. I highly recommend CBA. it's very hard to find an honest shop. CBA is one of the good ones.

1/I had them check to see if I needed my serpentine belt needed to be replaced as I was was told it needed to be. They checked & said the belt was just fine.

Always use them for my car repairs and woudn't think of using anyone else

Have used them multiple times now. They are very trustworthy and wonderful people to work with. Their free shuttle service is fantastic. The boss has driven me home multiple times, testimony to their strong sense of service at all levels of leadership. I won’t go anywhere else now to have my vehicles taken care of.

My wife and I flew into San Antonio last week to purchase a work van from a private individual. They keep you posted every step of the way. Appointment reminder, a welcome when you do drop off your vehicle, what the mechanic finds including pictures and what he suggests. We keep our cars forever. We have a Toyota Tundra and RAV4 with each of them with close to 300,000 miles on them. Had air conditioning checked and had a leak. CB replaced two hoses, pulled a vacuum, and recharged the system. Car cools ice cold.

Extremely customer service oriented. Courtesy shuttle service is very convenient and receiving pictures of diagnosis and repairs through text message is very reassuring. Would definitely go to them again.

I for the most part only drive a company owned vehicle, as such I'm never paying for the maintenance on my vehicles, so I can't speak to "value" in terms of price.
