I will definitely be going back
Add: 3rd visit. More of the same, uneventful, upsell-free, timely, competent service with excellent communication. Herman Overman is a superb manager.
Add: The mark of an exceptional service business, as opposed to a good one, is how the inevitable, albeit rare, takeback problem is managed. We had a very minor problem with a brake job. These guys were all over it, took care of it quickly and same day, and ran me home for the short wait. This experience cemented my customer loyalty.
