Christian Brothers Automotive Hill Country Village

Aaron my service advisor was extremely polite and professional. I was kept informed before, during and after the service was completed. I would recommend Christian Brothers to friends and family

Amazing service. Perfect fast repair. The team explained everything in detail before starting and completed within all estimates. Straight forward transparency and quality work. Will use and recommend always.

Nice people, Great service at a reasonable price. Thanks Aaron!

The service was outstanding. They kept me in the loop with what was wrong my car and the steps needed to fix it. The car shuttle service they offer was a nice surprise because I didn't have to wait at the shop while they worked on my car. You also cant beat the warranty they offer on the work they perform. CBA serviced my vehicle quickly, their pricing is very good, and they have an excellent warranty which gives me peace of mind.

At the end of the inspection I was given a prioritize… Read full review

This is a place I trust so much to be able to send my wife alone... ;-)

I had a wonderful experience at Christian Brothers. They were so knowledgeable and patient with me while explaining the repairs needed on my 2004 F150! I also appreciated the shuttle service was greatly appreciated. Thank you Christian Brothers Automotive! Deb Priddy

Great customer service Arron is great always was updated on the repair status and my vehicle was delivered in great working condition, thank you

I brought my vehicle in to have the "check engine" light looked at along with an oil change. I dropped my vehicle off at 7 am. The manager gave me a ride home. I didn't hear anything from the shop. I called at 3 pm to check the status. Aaron said they didn't know why the check engine light was on and that he was… Read full review

The service managers were professional, courteous and very, very responsive. Work was done on time as promised. Their shop is extremely clean and organized. Prices are average, maybe even a bit lower. I highly recommend them as they are trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. They are conservative with what… Read full review

Fast & friendly. Very knowledgeable & gave good tips on my maintenance schedule. Thorough on explaining what was needed regarding shocks & struts & engine mount. Had shuttle service to & from my home while car was in shop. Very helpful.

They have competitive pricing with great service.

The guys are always friendly and treat you like family.

Outstanding! Christian Brothers do great work, provide excellent customer service and make doing something normally unpleasant like having your car repaired, actually pleasant.

I was provided a prompt appointment and all the service was completed when promised. While car was in the shop communication was excellent.

Super friendly, helpful people. I've gotten my vehicles serviced here for years.

I am always greeted warmly. Even after 50+ years as a real estate professional, I still don't know one car part from another. I took my Terrain in because that little orange engine light kept glowing, mildly annoying but a worry, was told that repair there would be costly because 4 miniscule batteries that indicate… Read full review

First time going here, needed my alternator replaced. They quoted me cheaper than my dealership and got my car in and done in 2 days. Called me before they made any repairs and only did what I asked to have done. This is my new go to

Fantastic experience! Honest people, fair price, good work.

I’m always treated like a queen. Lots of time on the red carpet! It is necessary to have an appointment…so you have to be prepared to plan ahead-but once you’re scheduled you are well cared for.

Excellent service and easy to understand vehicle problems and solutions. HIGHLY recommend

Great service. Very professional. The estimate procedure and full print out made all service items very clear. Will use again 😁

Christian Brothers is the best! I came a few months ago for a repair and inspection after another shop did me dirty. They did a quick and quality job and I was able to renew my registration same day. I came back recently for ac repair, oil change, and check engine light. My car needed a lot of work to fix the… Read full review

Found why my BMW was stalling out. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price.

Joe and his team are very professional. They are honest and upfront about any issues and do not create issues that do not exist. Saved me thousands of dollars

I came to the BrookHollow/San Pedro Christian Brothers because of Herman Overman… he works in the front office. Herman is very honest and knowledgeable person! I trust him! They did a great job.

Awesome place. I could tell the front office and the mechanic working on my truck were honest from the beginning. Thankfull to find a great shop.

They were amazing especially Eric. Very sweet and willing to help from the start. Explained the situation to them. They were willing to get what was needed to the warranty company. Didn’t drag it out at all. Got my vehicle fixed in no time. I appreciate everything they have done. I would go back in a heartbeat. I recommend anyone else to there.

I’ve gone to this location in the past with my older vehicles, and every time had a great experience. They never try to upsell me on something that I don’t need, and are very trustworthy. I recently took in my 2019 Sentra on Friday because I was having noise at start up, and within 2 1/2 hours of dropping off the… Read full review

Had check engine light come on, emission problem dropped car with Christian Brothers after 1PM, had valves tested and replaced car was ready before 5. Great Job. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my truck to the dealership and I would have to wait for hours. At christian Brothers they are done fast and very reasonable pricing. I trust them with my truck.

This place is OUTSTANDING and my husband & I highly recommend it!! Eric took care of us quickly and efficiently, having our car back in one day when it took the dealership all week. Within 2 hours of dropping off the vehicle, a text was sent with the breakdown of the diagnostic as well as a quote. Eric explained… Read full review

Exceptionally quick response when I really needed it. Repaired water leak and revived my dead AC system. AC works better now than it ever did before. Will definitely be a return customer!

They did a thorough diagnostic of my van. Gave me a list of what I should have done ASAP. They also accepted CarShield, which some mechanics will not. Van is running smooth and I feel confident it won’t break down on me. Everyone was super nice to deal with! Job well done!

Great service—-super happy with Christian Automotive Good quality work, they always take good care of our vehicles. Thank you!

Professional and courteous service

I took my car to have repair and services performed. They were extremely professional and friendly. Their prices were better than others that I compared them to. They gave me a follow up call once service was complete and called me the next day to ensure they completed my repair and service to my satisfaction. They were awesome.

My car was overheating due to my alternator not being installed properly. Which in turn messed with my steering. Thanks to CB I am back rolling and the service was done in a day

From start to finish I was informed about the status of my repairs. The staff took my car in the night before my scheduled appointment and the repairs were completed on time. From Rolf to his staff, I couldn’t be more satisfied with their attention to detail and professionalism. I would highly recommend anyone… Read full review

I always take my car here to get fixed but this last time WILL BE THE LAST TIME I TAKE IT THERE. My check engine light came on AGAIN after they had just fixed it on 06/25/21. I called on Thursday 08/05 that the check engine light came on again and they asked me if I could drop it off on Sunday night 08/08/21 so… Read full review

This was my fourth visit to Christian Brothers Automotive. Their work is always done when they say it will and the charges for the work are the same as their estimate. I will continue to use them in the future.

Service was prompt with great communication from staff. Eric and Ralph really helped to explain what was going on and to assist with navigating my warranty claim through the CarMax process.

Happy with the service, disappointed with the price charged for the labor time.

We keep our cars forever. We have a Toyota Tundra and RAV4 with each of them with close to 300,000 miles on them. We took each of them in to have general maintenance, A/C, timing belt, catalytic converters etc. (the type of repairs that NEED to be done by professionals). It wasn’t cheap, but I can tell you it was… Read full review

Always honest, prompt, communicative and they do a bang-up job. Won’t take my car anywhere else.

I for the most part only drive a company owned vehicle, as such I'm never paying for the maintenance on my vehicles, so I can't speak to "value" in terms of price. What I can say, I'm never minimalized despite bringing my vehicle in at the last minute, which happens as an on call tech, they almost always complete… Read full review
