They were amazing especially Eric. Very sweet and willing to help from the start. Explained the situation to them. They were willing to get what was needed to the warranty company. Exceptionally quick response when I really needed it. Repaired water leak and revived my dead AC system. AC works better now than it ever did before. Will definitely be a return customer!

They did a thorough diagnostic of my van. Gave me a list of what I should have done ASAP. They also accepted CarShield, which some mechanics will not. Van is running smooth and I feel confident it won’t break down on me. Everyone was super nice to deal with! Job well done!

Professional and courteous service

I took my car to have repair and services performed. They were extremely professional and friendly. Their prices were better than others that I compared them to. They gave me a follow up call once service was complete and called me the next day to ensure they completed my repair and service to my satisfaction. They were awesome.

My car was overheating due to my alternator not being installed properly. Which in turn messed with my steering. Thanks to CB I am back rolling and the service was done in a day

This was my fourth visit to Christian Brothers Automotive. Their work is always done when they say it will and the charges for the work are the same as their estimate. I will continue to use them in the future.

Service was prompt with great communication from staff. Eric and Ralph really helped to explain what was going on and to assist with navigating my warranty claim through the CarMax process.

Happy with the service, disappointed with the price charged for the labor time.

We keep our cars forever. We have a Toyota Tundra and RAV4 with each of them with close to 300,000 miles on them.
