Amazing service. Perfect fast repair. The team explained everything in detail before starting and completed within all estimates. Straight forward transparency and quality work. Will use and recommend always.

Everything great.

The services at Christian Brothers deserve a 5 star rating. They are customer oriented and provide comfort and peace of mind by keeping you in the loop about your vehicle. Emergencies without an appointment are treated professionally...twice in my case. I will continue utilizing their services as long as I need to. Recommended.

I am truly happy and satisfied with the great work the Christian Brothers Automotive team did on my truck. I recommend this auto shop 100% for their honesty, quality of work, timeliness, and fair pricing! Thank you very much.

CBA serviced my vehicle quickly, their pricing is very good, and they have an excellent warranty which gives me peace of mind.

Always good service

I went on line to schedule an appointment choosing a day and time that worked for me. I was offered a ride home because I didn't want to wait. They text when they pulled the car into the shop and was notified by text instantly about everything they were doing. At the end of the inspection I was given a prioritize… Read full review

Chose this shop after reading a lot of positive reviews. Guys were professional. They did a great job. Had a problem with the seal on the rear differential on my truck that was causing issues (noise, reduced MPG, break wear). They found the problem and quoted me what they thought and then was surprised to find out… Read full review

Recently went in to get my vehicles brakes cleaned and adjusted . Staff were very polite and knowledgeable about the inspection process and adjustment along with what would come after. After inspection was done, and the report was given back to me, and the staff explained all of the details with me. I made it very… Read full review

I just started going here after struggling to find a good, honest shop. I'm pretty impressed so far! We have three family vehicles and two company vehicles, so I'm sure they'll see a lot of us. Herman, Aaron, and Zak are all great.

The guys are always friendly and treat you like family.

Recently brought our car in for AC work. The staff is prompt in addressing the issues and works with you to figure out the best options.

Great customer care, highly professional and only complete the work that needs to be done! I’m done with dealerships! CBA earned my business!

I just moved to San Antonio and took two of my vehicles here for service. Everyone has been very kind, flexible, and accommodating and have worked around my difficult work schedule to get stuff done for our vehicles. The team is extremely professional and the facility is clean and comfortable to wait in. But most… Read full review

CBA did a great job and communicated with me the whole time in up to date text what was going on with my car.

I’m always treated like a queen. Lots of time on the red carpet! It is necessary to have an appointment…so you have to be prepared to plan ahead-but once you’re scheduled you are well cared for.

Honest and friendly, actually rebuilt my cars engine and use them for all service and oil changes!!

Amazing service! It's not easy to find a place that can service a mid-height Transit 350 15 passenger van, but it was no problem for Christian Brothers. We dropped the van off at 7:15 in the morning and picked it up with new brakes, an oil change, and an all over checkup a little after 5pm. With a family as large as… Read full review

I am generally satisfied. They were on-time and fixed my car within my expected cost.

Accurate diagnosis. Repairs were completed when promised

I found them in a search as I needed to have some brake work done soon. They were very polite and able to accept me same day. They did an inspection on my 20 year old truck, and knowing I didnt want to spend a lot, they gave me a report showing critical items and what else would need repair soon. Great service and… Read full review

Always courteous in their behavior and honest with their assessment and charges. I would never take my car anywhere else.

I especially like their shuttle service

I was in town for the State Marching Band Contest. I had driven my car from Fort Worth to San Antonio and barely made it into town. My wheel bearings had failed. I was 300 miles from home and Christian Brothers Automotive took care of my repairs swiftly! Eric was extremely helpful and quickly solved my… Read full review

I’ve gone to this location in the past with my older vehicles, and every time had a great experience. They never try to upsell me on something that I don’t need, and are very trustworthy. I recently took in my 2019 Sentra on Friday because I was having noise at start up, and within 2 1/2 hours of dropping off the… Read full review

Always use them for my car repairs and woudn't think of using anyone else

This place is OUTSTANDING and my husband & I highly recommend it!! Eric took care of us quickly and efficiently, having our car back in one day when it took the dealership all week. Within 2 hours of dropping off the vehicle, a text was sent with the breakdown of the diagnostic as well as a quote. Eric explained… Read full review

Great service. Communication was awesome. Issues were clearly explained, options discussed, and questions answered. The mechanic was courteous and extremely helpful.

Professional and courteous service

I took my car in to have it checked in preparation for an upcoming road trip. They checked the brakes, belts, hoses and tires. They didn’t charge anything for this service! All was good. I am very impressed with them and highly recommend them to anyone in need of service.

Had an appointment for 9am. Was told it would be about an hour until they could tell me what needed to get fixed. Didn’t hear anything by 12pm so I called myself and the car still didn’t get looked at. I needed to pick up my son at school around 1:30pm and asked if they could at least tell me what work needs to get… Read full review

It's extremely difficult to find honest mechanics that you can trust. These guys are exceptional and you can count on quality service at a reasonable price that puts dealership's to shame!

Had trouble getting tires from not vibrating at speed. Christian Brothers figured it out. Used them before and will USE them in the future

Honest, courteous, explained what they found. Provided ride back.

Was a very pleasant experience. I needed to get my brakes fixed. Randy kept me informed every part of the repair. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner as promised. Provided a follow-up call a couple of days later. Showed care for customers you don't see every day. I would go back for any repairs I might need in the future.

Professional, friendly staff made the entire experience one we do not regret. From dropping off the vehicle to the shuttle service to being picked up and taken to the vehicle, we knew we and our vehicle were in good hands!

4th time using Christian Brothers automotive. They are patient, honest, and have fair prices and the BEST warranty. I will keep using them.

I for the most part only drive a company owned vehicle, as such I'm never paying for the maintenance on my vehicles, so I can't speak to "value" in terms of price. What I can say, I'm never minimalized despite bringing my vehicle in at the last minute, which happens as an on call tech, they almost always complete… Read full review
