Christian Brothers Automotive Hill Country Village

Customer service is exceptional. I was desperate in need of repair on a Monday morning and they did not hesitate to work me in. Everyone is so professional and kind.

It is a long story about how I got at this facility but I have had nothing but kindness and professionalism. Aaron was a gem they took care of my issues without the high dollar price tag so many other people have quoted me. We still have a few items to fix so we will definitely be back Great place! I would highly recommend them!

We had such a great experience here. They communicated everything so well and got my son’s truck out in a very reasonable amount of time. Will definitely be using them going forward!

Alwaus have received excelent, thorough service.

It's appreciated to receive such honest quality service in a time when businesses largely operate dishonestly. I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision about repairs on my car. Thank y'all for the great service!

Excellent service! Friendly staff! I definitely recommend them!

Aaron is an awesome service representative. He keeps you informed as your repair is progressing. I highly recommend CBA. it's very hard to find an honest shop. CBA is one of the good ones.

When a major noise in my vehicle caused an urgent concern I asked Christian Brothers to investigate. They quickly scheduled me in the next open time slot. I dropped off the vehicle and they arranged for my transportation home. In a few hours they had identified the issue and fixed it. It was a minor fix and so was… Read full review

The experience was just like I expected it. The price and my questions were all answered. I will recommend this location to all of my friends. Thanks also for the Bibles being displayed.

Great service, very good price, stand behind their work; you won’t be sorry if you choose to get your repair there. Great office staff too!

Recently brought our car in for AC work. The staff is prompt in addressing the issues and works with you to figure out the best options.

I was provided a prompt appointment and all the service was completed when promised. While car was in the shop communication was excellent.

“I’ve been coming here for years, great honest people and great service! Can’t say enough good things about Herman and Eric they’re rock stars in their field!” I wrote that review a couple of years ago and it’s still the same. These guys are awesome. Honest, professional and very friendly.

The Christian Brothers did a great job. Service was fast, knowledgeable and repair was done in a day. Pricing was consistent with industry.

This was my fourth time having Christian Brothers Automotive perform maintenance and repairs on my cars. They have consistently provided professional, courteous service from the front desk to the mechanic. I think their prices are very competitive and they fully stand by their work, with a three year or 36,000… Read full review

Excellent service and honest pricing

I cannot say enough about my experience with Christian Brothers. They’re good, service was great and most of all, I’m coming back for all of my future automotive needs.

I was in town for the State Marching Band Contest. I had driven my car from Fort Worth to San Antonio and barely made it into town. My wheel bearings had failed. I was 300 miles from home and Christian Brothers Automotive took care of my repairs swiftly! Eric was extremely helpful and quickly solved my… Read full review

The employee, Joe, listened very attentively to my car concerns. He asked pertinent questions and gathered the necessary car maintenance history. Diagnostics on the car were completed and I was asked to approve repairs prior to any work. He preordered the car parts needed thus the mechanic repaired my car in one… Read full review

I’ve gone to this location in the past with my older vehicles, and every time had a great experience. They never try to upsell me on something that I don’t need, and are very trustworthy. I recently took in my 2019 Sentra on Friday because I was having noise at start up, and within 2 1/2 hours of dropping off the… Read full review

Fast friendly service. Great place for car service.

Had an appointment for 9am. Was told it would be about an hour until they could tell me what needed to get fixed. Didn’t hear anything by 12pm so I called myself and the car still didn’t get looked at. I needed to pick up my son at school around 1:30pm and asked if they could at least tell me what work needs to get… Read full review

My car was overheating due to my alternator not being installed properly. Which in turn messed with my steering. Thanks to CB I am back rolling and the service was done in a day

They keep you posted every step of the way. Appointment reminder, a welcome when you do drop off your vehicle, what the mechanic finds including pictures and what he suggests. Then comes a posted estimate along with a phone call. I had plenty done yet they got it all in one day. They give attention to detail and… Read full review

Comprehensive inspection and report which prioritized any repairs needed. Rebuilt major suspension components, sealed engine and cv joint leaks, 4 wheel alignment. 12 yr old suv back to a 'feels and handles like new condition_. Very professional group, prompt, trustworthy and skilled.... couldn't be happier.

Trustworthy mechanics and very professional

I for the most part only drive a company owned vehicle, as such I'm never paying for the maintenance on my vehicles, so I can't speak to "value" in terms of price. What I can say, I'm never minimalized despite bringing my vehicle in at the last minute, which happens as an on call tech, they almost always complete… Read full review

Christian Brothers Hill Country Village lost my faith in their ability to provide professional work or care about the customer. I had Christian Brother do a state inspection, rotate my tires and front end alignment. The alignment was off in a week. Took it back and asked they fix what I paid for alignment. Mechanic… Read full review

Great friendly service. Very good experience. No pressure to agree to all recommended services.

Professionals all the way! When CB replaced a serpentine belt that malfunctioned and destroyed my engine, instead of having me wait for the details to be worked out with the parts supplier on the defective belt, at great expense Mr. Blaettner of Christian Brothers replaced my engine first-so as to get me back on… Read full review
