Christian Brothers Automotive Hill Country Village

Customer service is exceptional. I was desperate in need of repair on a Monday morning and they did not hesitate to work me in. Everyone is so professional and kind.

It is a long story about how I got at this facility but I have had nothing but kindness and professionalism. Aaron was a gem they took care of my issues without the high dollar price tag so many other people have quoted me. We still have a few items to fix so we will definitely be back Great place! I would highly recommend them!

We had such a great experience here. They communicated everything so well and got my son’s truck out in a very reasonable amount of time. Will definitely be using them going forward!

Alwaus have received excelent, thorough service.

Recently brought our car in for AC work. The staff is prompt in addressing the issues and works with you to figure out the best options.

I was provided a prompt appointment and all the service was completed when promised. While car was in the shop communication was excellent.

This was my fourth time having Christian Brothers Automotive perform maintenance and repairs on my cars. They have consistently provided professional, courteous service from the front desk to the mechanic. I think their prices are very competitive and they fully stand by their work, with a three year or 36,000… Read full review

Great service! The best I have had in a long time.

Eric was very helpful in checking my vehicle in. He also dropped us off at home as well as picked us up when the vehicle was ready. On a side note, he was kind enough to park close to the front door as I was having issues walking that day. A true gentleman!

This was my first time here, I’ve seen this business here for many years as I drive by 281 on a daily basis. I was very impressed. The service was exceptional. They gave me detailed explanation with pictures of issues that my car has that need to be fixed. Beautiful waiting area nice clean comfortable furniture. I… Read full review

I was in town for the State Marching Band Contest. I had driven my car from Fort Worth to San Antonio and barely made it into town. My wheel bearings had failed. I was 300 miles from home and Christian Brothers Automotive took care of my repairs swiftly! Eric was extremely helpful and quickly solved my… Read full review

I’ve gone to this location in the past with my older vehicles, and every time had a great experience. They never try to upsell me on something that I don’t need, and are very trustworthy. I recently took in my 2019 Sentra on Friday because I was having noise at start up, and within 2 1/2 hours of dropping off the… Read full review

Just finished the most recent service on our car. We have used Christian Brothers for so many years I can't remember the initial service. All of our cars are serviced here- new ones, older ones, foreign and domestic! The services we have received have always been performed quickly, professionally and done right the… Read full review

They looked at my alignment. Of course they told me l needed a thousand dollars to fix struts. I went to my dealership and had them check. They told me everything was good to go and I have shocks and no struts. So do not trust this shop!

Christian Brothers helped me out when my 2019 Tacoma sputtered out at the light in front of the shop. Although it was closing time, they moved my truck into the garage for the night and even stored my bike inside the office. The next morning they ran a diagnostic on the engine and it turned out to be the fuel pump… Read full review

Always honest, prompt, communicative and they do a bang-up job. Won’t take my car anywhere else.

I for the most part only drive a company owned vehicle, as such I'm never paying for the maintenance on my vehicles, so I can't speak to "value" in terms of price. What I can say, I'm never minimalized despite bringing my vehicle in at the last minute, which happens as an on call tech, they almost always complete… Read full review

Christian Brothers Hill Country Village lost my faith in their ability to provide professional work or care about the customer. I had Christian Brother do a state inspection, rotate my tires and front end alignment. The alignment was off in a week. Took it back and asked they fix what I paid for alignment. Mechanic… Read full review

They were convenient, professional and didn't try to sell you anything you don't need. They were honest and fair. Will definitely use them again.

They were honest, clear and forthright, and the cost was less than I was expecting. I came here to get a second opinion on wheel alignment and some unusual wear on my tires. They did an independent review and clearly explained why the recommended by the other place wasn’t necessary and didn’t even make sense. They… Read full review
