Excellent quality work! Greg and his team repaired some damaged walls from some recent interior construction done which included repairing a plaster wall in my 1932 home. Greg did a fantastic job repairing the walls. Can’t recommended and Cincinnati Drywall enough for their exceptional work!

Cincinnati Drywall originally did my home 23 years ago when we had it built. We put on addition and had them install drywall again. Everyone at that company I dealt and spoke with was a pleasure that is very rare. Great job to a company that has been around many years and continues a family’s tradition of excellence.

Buyer beware!. This company gave us a quote for a plaster ceiling that came down in a bedroom.. We accepted the quote and they scheduled the work.. The day of the job they came and told us 3 things we were not aware of.
We had to remove all the furniture including the washer and dryer.

Fair price (multiple quotes from different companies around the same price), quick scheduling, and a good end product. Larry was able to hang our master bathroom in a couple hours and Todd did a great job finishing. Total process took 5 days from hanging to finished walls.
Only thing that could be improved was communication between scheduler/hanger/finisher. There was one portion of the wall that had drywall installed too far over and we had brought it to the attention of the finisher. He notified the home office but no fix occurred. We opted to handle it ourselves. Out of all the seams and corners in our bathroom, only one small seam is visible after painting. Overall a good product and process.

Buyer beware!. This company gave us a quote for a plaster ceiling that came down in a bedroom.. We accepted the quote and they scheduled the work.. The day of the job they came and told us 3 things we were not aware of.

We were responsible for removing the plaster. 1000's of pounds!
We had to reinstall the crown molding.. We spoke to Jacob the VP.. He said it was in the fine print.. The fine print said 2 contradcting things.. One part said we had to cover everything and another said we had to remove everything.. None of this was ever discussed with us.. They lure you in with a lower quote and fail to tell you you have to hire others to get the job done.. Jacob was very unprofessional and just kept talking over us.. There are better honest companies out there.. Take a pass on this one

We’re sorry this experience did not end the way either of us had hoped.
After several conversations, it became clear that we were not able to come to an agreement regarding the scope of work and project expectations. At that point, we made the decision to respectfully part ways before any work was performed. We did not complete any work at the property, nor did we request or receive any payment for our time throughout the estimating and scheduling process.
Our proposals clearly outline the scope of work and customer responsibilities, and we encourage every customer to review them carefully and ask questions before moving forward. When it became apparent that our expectations were not aligned, we believed it was in everyone’s best interest to step away from the project rather than proceed under uncertain circumstances.
We sincerely wish you the best in completing your project and regret that we were unable to find a resolution that worked for both parties.

Daniel H did a great job patching the 3’x3’ drywall around our light fixture on the ceiling. It was originally cut out due to water damage. He was a pleasure to work with—efficient, highly responsive, and flexible with our schedules. There was zero mess throughout the process, he protected our floors and surrounding area each day. What a quality company Cincinnati drywall, Inc is. From start to finish they were professional, kind and respectful of our property. We used them to drywall our unfinished basement and they held their end of the bargain. Completed on time, quote was accurate and everyone that came out to work on it was personable. If I had one small complaint, not everyone was timely. Found that a few of the days we were told there was a start time, only to have the workers comes a few hours later. Not a big deal if communicated, but it seems there may be a little miscommunication between management and the workers themselves.
Overall though, would definitely use again. Thank you!
