Zion did an amazing job. I've previously had carpet cleaning performed where I was told certain stains couldn't come out and all my stains are removed. The house smells great and Zion was quick and professional. Highly recommend!
Scheduled an appointment for a full service (rooms, stairs, and rugs) based on a competitive quote. However, the company simply didn't show up or call during the scheduled window. When I called to follow up, customer service stated the owner moved the appointment without any explanation or notice, and they couldn't…
I was so pleased!!! He got pet stains out I thought were permanent. The carpet has a new life! He did my whole house
Romulus came to clean my carpet and he was early, communicative, patient, kind, thorough, and fast! I am so pleased with how much better my carpets look and would highly recommend.
Absolutely am thrilled with Citrus Fresh carpet cleaning … This company is the only one that , hands down can get my carpets clean and not smelling like chemicals . Have been using for 5 years ….. thank you Rodney for an absolutely exceptional service!
This company provided great customer service! Communicative, efficient, and cleaned my terrible carpet thoroughly for a good price! I have teen boys so it was pretty bad. I will absolutely use this company again. Thank you Tyler for making this experience a great one. He even left some spot cleaning solution for free! 🙌🏽
Great experience today! Both operators did an amazing job!
Rodney from Citrus came out today and my carpet looks amazing! Smells great and stains are gone!
Very Professional Service I Highly Recommend Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning
Longtime clients here, we use citrus fresh services 2 times a year. Phenomenal service, house smells like fresh citrus, and our Tech Marlon was A+++. Highly recommend!!!
Starting with the communication skills, then the professionalism shown while doing the cleaning, the thorough and conscientious work, I am very pleased with the company and with Miles. Polite, professional and great work ethics. My sofa and my carpet smell delish and are very clean to boot. That solution works… I…
They did an awesome job of cleaning our carpets after tenants moved out. Showed up on time and quickly took care of everything we needed.
My cat had a UTI and stress that caused him to mark my carpet repeatedly, so I booked Citrus Fresh for their advanced pet treatment. There was a mix-up the first time and they did the basic pet treatment. But they came back, did the advanced (deeper) enzyme treatment I had originally booked, and refunded me for the…
Awesome
Great service
Amazing service!!!
Tyler was on time, super nice and talked us through the entire process! Would use and definitely recommend Citrus again!
James S. did a fantastic and professional job. My home smells so clean and "citrusy". He was very professional, courteous, and arrived on time. I'm a repeat customer. Thank you James and Citrus Fresh!
Cameron provided exemplary service. We needed our sofa and stairs cleaned due to pet damage. Cameron went over and beyond ensuring a thorough job was complete.
Rodney has been here several times before so he’s a familiar face is familiar with the property. He’s polite, pleasant, and hard working. Rodney does an excellent job.
Professional, efficient and kind. I apprecaited the service from Citrus Fresh!
The technician, Rodney, was very professional, helpful, and did an amazing job! He was even able to get out some old pet stains and our carpet throughout the house looks like new. We will definitely use this company again.
Professional and friendly. After the cleaning a spot reappeared when it dried out and they came back to clean it. Would recommend. Even though I was expecting a steam vacuum of some sort (first time doing a cleaning), the machine resemble more to a floor wax machine...but i have zero carpet cleaning knowledge so dont know what it entails.
They did a great job cleaning my carpet, even getting out some old pet stains.
This is a wonderful company - very professional and so very easy to work with!
Very professional and arrived when they said they would. Called ahead letting me know when they were on the way. Left my house smelling wonderful and my carpets look great. Definitely recommend.
The young man Jermiahus. that came out was very genuine respectful and he did an EXCELLENT JOB..he took his time on hard stains and focused on the job and not his phone like the last people I used..I will definitely be contacting this service again and refer them to others..this was a job money well spent..thank you citrus Fresh carpet cleaning...
I needed a room cleaned that had a stain in prepping for putting the house up for sell. They responded with a service man the next day and I had a minimum I had to pay and added a hallway and another room. The main stain that my realtor wanted me to address was cleaned and the house is on the market today. So my goal was accomplished👍✅
This is the 3rd time we’ve used Citrus Fresh and they’re “a keeper!” Their service people are prompt, courteous, and PROFESSIONAL! The scheduling was easy; they did not require coming out first for a quote. Bonnie was always responsive either via text or phone calls. We will hire again. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Rodney was professional and friendly. The carpet was clean and smelled great, and it was nearly dry by the time he left. Great company and service!
Job well done, representative courteous and professional
I've used this company for years and they are ALWAYS reliable, professional and fair with pricing. I love their friendly service and their team! I also love the way my place smells after the carpets are clean!
Steve called an hour before arriving to give me a time and was very prompt. He was professional and polite and went over everything before he started . He was thorough but quick and did an excellent job. The last time my carpet was cleaned it stayed wet for more than a day but this time it was dry within a couple of hours. It looks and smells great.
Technician was early and did a great job!
Very good value for the money. Professional service, on time and simple process. My carpets look great!
Fantastic treatments. Highly recommend
Although office staff and technician were professional, the cleaning left something to be desired. The technician did not clean the large pillows/cushions which are an integral part of the sofa and chair, explaining that they don’t do pillows. I had to practically beg him to do it because I wanted those pieces…
The cleaner was prompt, professional, and did a great job!
First, they answer the phone. That is huge. Then they do what they say, on time, with great communication. Very professional. Highly recommend.
Professional and friendly 👌
The gentleman was very professional and made sure that we looked at the carpets after he was done in case there was anything that he missed. He did not miss anything and the room smell wonderful.
The people who have come into my house from Citrus Fresh have been thorough and respectful.
Steve was fantastic, very knowledgeable, quick, and very effective. He was easily able to clean up spots I have had trouble with for quite some time. I would highly recommend using their service.

I have been using Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning exclusively for 2 years now. The techs are always professional and prompt. The level of service is always remarkable.
Great work
This is the only company I use; hands down the best out there and the citrus scent left behind is nothing shy of amazing. The staff is always friendly and thorough with the requested job. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! Thank you, your loyal customer.
Every interaction I have had with this company has been extremely professional. I had a situation with very bad cat urine stains and odors in multiple rooms as well as other stains in the carpet. Tyler was extremely thorough and totally transformed the house. I will definitely use Citrus Fresh again and highly recommend them.
The service person was professional, friendly and accommodating. He had no problem putting on a mask. The citrus fragrance was strong for my sensitive nose initially but was gone in about 2 to 3 hours.
Rodney was the tech that came to our place. Did the whole house and we had a couple of bad pet stains. I am amazed how good a job he did and how professional he was. This is only the second review I have written EVER. So to say I’m impressed is a bit of an understatement. I would use them again and will ask for him by name.
The employees were extremely nice and professional, and did such an amazing job cleaning our upholstered furniture and carpet. We will definitely use them again!

Bonnie was extremely helpful when I called her (3 times!) with questions. Rodney was outstanding. He called me to confirm his arrival time, and arrived friendly and professional. I had a few trouble spots which he was able address with great success. I just wish I had been using this company sooner. I plan to…
I’ve used Citrus Fresh carpet cleaning services for the past 3 years now. They are my go to carpet cleaning company. Everyone is always professional and my carpet looks new every time!
Jeremiah was great, used 3 machines to clean the carpets, pet stains gone, Carpets are not real wet, very pleasant scent
The technician Jeremiah arrived 40 minutes early and was extremely polite and professional. He did a great job and did not try to upsell me on the other services. The carpets look great and the clean citrus smell is very nice.
Good staff
I have used this company several times. They are always on time and professional. I like that their products are pet friendly. I will continue to use them for carpet cleaning services.
DeAndre did an amazing job, he was very professional and pleasant. I feel he went above and beyond to help move furniture with us and left the rugs looking new again. Thanks!! Will return for further services!
Rodney and Deangelo were very professional and offered EXCELLENT service! I was concerned that the make up stains on my daughter’s carpet would not come clean, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that my home and carpet feels like new again and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend them!

Citrus Fresh just left our home after cleaning two area rugs and our master bedroom. The house smells amazing and the rugs/carpet looks great! They even left us with some of their citrus carpet cleaner for spot cleaning in the future. Our Tech Steven was super professional and friendly. Thanks Citrus Fresh!!
The only difference I could tell was my carpet was damp when they were done. My house is only 1 year old and they were unable to do a basic cleaning properly. I am using a different service now.
