I love this carpet cleaner! The citrus works better than anything, and it smells wonderful. Our tech, Romulus was so nice, polite and respectful. He was so efficient, on time and had the job completed promptly. He freshened up three bedrooms and two hallways plus two sets of stairs… one coming up from the garage in the basement that gets a lot of traffic. Plus he was able to get out a couple of stains we had trouble with. And now our whole house smells like fresh squeezed oranges!
Thank you so much, Sue!

I have Crypton snow nomad fabric. The guy said he was unable to clean it because it was part rayon and needed solvent cleaners. The Crypton website says all their fabrics are type W for water based cleaning. Machine washable. I called their home office and the lady who answered was dismissive and said she would have the tech call me. But he was experienced and knew how to read a tag…. The tag that says linen and polyester.
Scheduled an appointment for a full service (rooms, stairs, and rugs) based on a competitive quote. However, the company simply didn't show up or call during the scheduled window. When I called to follow up, customer service stated the owner moved the appointment without any explanation or notice, and they couldn't provide a reason why. Good pricing doesn't make up for a complete lack of communication, unreliability, and wasting a customer's time. We moved furniture and rugs to be ready for cleaning and now have to find someone else. Would not recommend.
We are terribly sorry for this inconvenience. Our scheduling platform went down for two days and we were not able to view the appointments. We would be happy to offer you a complementary cleaning if you’d like to give us a call. 404-606-2155
DO NOT WASTE YOUR $. I was so disappointed that 300$ only gets you 30 minutes of cleaning time. 4 big rooms, hallway and 16stairs only took 30min start to finish. I asked for a refund and they gave me the runaround. I’m so disappointed. Beware, no difference in my carpet, just 300$ short. Same carpet, no improvement. Just vacuumed it for 300$. So disappointed.
Great service. Highly recommended
Thank you, Nicole!
