I booked online last night after hours after my roommate’s cats decided to act out and “do their business” on my sectional. They’ve been doing this for the past week and after using an entire liter bottle of Natures Miracle and white vinegar to no avail I was willing to invest in professional cleaning. Miles called…
Longtime clients here, we use citrus fresh services 2 times a year. Phenomenal service, house smells like fresh citrus, and our Tech Marlon was A+++. Highly recommend!!!
Amazing job! We had our carpets cleaned to get rid of pet stains / smell. No more stains and the smell is completely gone even weeks later! Would highly recommend. We plan to use this company on a recurring basis to deep clean all of the carpets in our home. Staff was very friendly and helpful and price is so reasonable.
They did a great job cleaning our carpets and getting out tough stains from pets and kids! The person that did the cleaning was very thorough, polite, and determined to provide the best service. Will definitely use again.
My cat had a UTI and stress that caused him to mark my carpet repeatedly, so I booked Citrus Fresh for their advanced pet treatment. There was a mix-up the first time and they did the basic pet treatment. But they came back, did the advanced (deeper) enzyme treatment I had originally booked, and refunded me for the…

Very good job!
I contacted Citrus Fresh via text message and was able to get an appointment the same day. The technician was friendly and knowledgable, and my rug looks and smells great. I was also proud to support a woman-owned business during women's history month!

This company was not the least expensive, nor most expensive I found, but I believe I got the best quality. The finishing product was better than I thought it would be, and they were extremely efficient with the process. Very happy.
I called and they were able to schedule the appointment quickly. Tech came in the window. They did a great job. Everything was clean and refreshed. Will happily use them again.
I've used this company for years and they are ALWAYS reliable, professional and fair with pricing. I love their friendly service and their team! I also love the way my place smells after the carpets are clean!
Steve called an hour before arriving to give me a time and was very prompt. He was professional and polite and went over everything before he started . He was thorough but quick and did an excellent job. The last time my carpet was cleaned it stayed wet for more than a day but this time it was dry within a couple of hours. It looks and smells great.

I am so grateful that this company was recommended to me! We needed an area rug and couch cleaned within 24 hours and they made it happen. Everyone I communicated with was wonderful and the price couldn't be beat! I was unable to be at the property when they arrived and I knew from the conversations I had that they…
The gentleman was very professional and made sure that we looked at the carpets after he was done in case there was anything that he missed. He did not miss anything and the room smell wonderful.
It was just a carpeted staircase. Seems odor mostly gone but top landing didn't seemed to be worked like the rest of the staircase.
Steve was prompt and professional and did an amazing job on my carpet after a tenant move out. He addressed all my concerns and even went above and beyond. I really appreciate Steve and Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning. Will continue to use them in the future.
I have been using Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning exclusively for 2 years now. The techs are always professional and prompt. The level of service is always remarkable.
Every interaction I have had with this company has been extremely professional. I had a situation with very bad cat urine stains and odors in multiple rooms as well as other stains in the carpet. Tyler was extremely thorough and totally transformed the house. I will definitely use Citrus Fresh again and highly recommend them.
Very pleased! Will use them again.
Rodney was the tech that came to our place. Did the whole house and we had a couple of bad pet stains. I am amazed how good a job he did and how professional he was. This is only the second review I have written EVER. So to say I’m impressed is a bit of an understatement. I would use them again and will ask for him by name.
Hi To All, my husband and I simply love this company “Citrus Fresh” for cleaning the carpet in our home. Today Cam the technician came over and did and outstanding job on cleaning the floors and I am so happy. Thanks again Cam. I recommend Citrus Fresh to all who need their carpet clean and love having their home smelling amazing❤️
Tyler did a fantastic job getting out pet stains and a black tea stain. I was ready to give up and buy a new rug. The stains are visible but very faint. Tyler is very professional and personable. He was on time and worked very hard on the stains. This was my first time using Citrus Fresh, but I am very impressed.
Jeremiah was great, used 3 machines to clean the carpets, pet stains gone, Carpets are not real wet, very pleasant scent
The technician Jeremiah arrived 40 minutes early and was extremely polite and professional. He did a great job and did not try to upsell me on the other services. The carpets look great and the clean citrus smell is very nice.
