Zion was amazing! Quick and efficient! Very friendly and easy to work with!
Man, if I could do 6 stars, I would. Scheduling was super easy. I was given an 8a-11a window. My tech Zion showed up at 915. Zion was AWESOME, such a good dude, I would literally invite him over to my mother’s house for dinner. That’s how great he was. He did a fantastic job with my couch and the place smells great!…
I have Crypton snow nomad fabric. The guy said he was unable to clean it because it was part rayon and needed solvent cleaners. The Crypton website says all their fabrics are type W for water based cleaning. Machine washable. I called their home office and the lady who answered was dismissive and said she would have…
DONT BOOK WITH THEM! The worst service ever ! I had make an appointment and they canceled last minute and were able to come the next day. However, the service was the worst! I paid $222 for a couch and carpet cleaning, my couch looked the same 3 days after it was completely dry. I called to get a refund and they…
I booked online last night after hours after my roommate’s cats decided to act out and “do their business” on my sectional. They’ve been doing this for the past week and after using an entire liter bottle of Natures Miracle and white vinegar to no avail I was willing to invest in professional cleaning. Miles called…
Great service! Miles was great with my sofa cleaning and very kind and disciplined. All my tea and coffee stains came off my sofa with the solution he was using. Overall great experience with the company. I’d definitely use their service again.
Weather is heating up and I have just got my carpets and upholstery cleaned. I would like to thank Citrus Fresh for his professional and friendly service. Spotless clean and more than happy with the service I received today.
Longtime clients here, we use citrus fresh services 2 times a year. Phenomenal service, house smells like fresh citrus, and our Tech Marlon was A+++. Highly recommend!!!
Starting with the communication skills, then the professionalism shown while doing the cleaning, the thorough and conscientious work, I am very pleased with the company and with Miles. Polite, professional and great work ethics. My sofa and my carpet smell delish and are very clean to boot. That solution works… I…
Great service
While visiting relatives in ATL had the pleasure of viewing this company in action. Had approximately ten items that needed to be cleaned. Gave an overview of the items that needed to be clean, and he got to work. I’m sorry that I didn’t get before and after pictures, but it was an incredible transformation. I…
Cameron provided exemplary service. We needed our sofa and stairs cleaned due to pet damage. Cameron went over and beyond ensuring a thorough job was complete.
Professional, efficient and kind. I apprecaited the service from Citrus Fresh!
Tyler showed up when I needed someone at the last minute and cleaned the carpet perfectly. I called on a Friday afternoon and was given service practically on demand. This is an excellent professional company.
Very professional. Very thorough. Well pleased.
Our technician was great. Very polite, explained the process, finished very quickly, and was prompt, even early, for our appointment. Very impressive
I had an amazing experience, I was satisfied with the job and Rodney was amazing and professional. I highly recommend Citrus Fresh
Excellent Customer Service
I called and they were able to schedule the appointment quickly. Tech came in the window. They did a great job. Everything was clean and refreshed. Will happily use them again.
The technician was wonderful. He was exactly on time, cleaned my sofa & love seat and suggested another company to clean my barstools due to the material… didn’t want to potentially ruin it and cause more issues. I appreciated his honesty. Will use again and will recommend. My furniture is fresh n clean and entire apartment smells wonderful.
