Jimmy was able to pinpoint the issue and give his recommendation. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to instruct me on what to do next.

Expert service. Speedy actual repair time. We did have to wait 3 days for a technician to actually come out, but they were on time and kept us apprised of their arrival time. All repairs are pricey, but felt like they were reasonable. I would highly recommend!

Everything was good, the technician was very friendly and professional. I definitely would call CJ’s again for my appliance repairs.

Service was prompt and the service technician identified the problem. He was very courteous. I did not catch his name though. I recommend them highly!!

CJ was amazing!! I received same day service and the tech was super helpful and informative. They'll be my go-to from here on out.

On time. Quick work. Great job. Thanks.

Answered my call, explained quite a bit to me over the phone, got someone out right away to assess, ordered the part, came back out when they said they would, fixed it in 30 minutes, and they even applied the diagnostic fee toward the repair. Very happy with the service, pricing, and level of knowledge and…

Great work

Exceptional service ! Professional and quick !

Dustin was professional and did a great job with my washer and dryer repair. Their price was very reasonable. Their office stayed in communication with parts delivery delays during the snowpocalypse. I'm thankful I found them, and will refer them to friends.

After another service company replaced several parts and still didn’t get the dryer fixed, the technician from CJ’s tested everything and told us exactly what was wrong and what wasn’t. The young man was very pleasant and kind to my husband who is disabled.

Dustin our technician was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked out our dryer which had been drying slower than usual and was starting to make a noise the longer you dried. He found that our particular brand of dryer was known for building up a film on the lint catcher. It looked clean but it was…

My dryer went out on December 23rd. Found out early on the 24th - Christmas Eve. I called CJ Appliance Repair and they were out the day after Christmas. Repairs were done within the time given. I love that they are very prompt, communicative, and service oriented. We have used them for years!

I’m very pleased with CJ Appliance. When the agitator on my washing machine stopped working, they quickly ordered a replacement. I also mentioned that my dryer was taking a long time to dry clothes, and it turned out to be an airflow issue rather than a problem with the heating unit. Dustin was my service…

I’ve used this company twice over the past few years and they’ve been so great to work with. They come quick, diagnose easily & fix the problem.

Great service! Fast, clean, fair price

Great customer service

These guys are great. Always out with in a day of calling g them and always reasonable on their prices. Very honest about what's wrong with the appliance and what they can and cant fix

I'm not the type of person who normally posts comments or reviews online, but I will make an exception for these guys. I have used CJ's twice now, once for my freezer and again very recently for my dryer, and I can tell you without reservation that Colby and his team provide quick responsiveness, reliable service,…

The child lock was on and we did not know how to turn it off. Paying the $119 to push two buttons was excessive. Dustin was great...but the price for the service call was excessive.

They were able to help me out the next day!! I thought i would need a new dryer but they ended up changing the heating element and it works great now.

At times it is NOT fun to get the call from a tenant "hey my dryer is not working" There are NO PROBLEMS, ONLY SOLUTIONS and CJ Appliance is on my speed dial. Professional, thorough and reliable. We are repeat customers.

CJ was very responsive and did exactly what was needed to get our dryer running after moving into our new house. The technician communicated well and was clean and courteous. Will use them again next time we need an appliance serviced.

They sent a guy to change my heating element out. He never even looked at the dryer other than to change the element. He never serviced the dryer. I found screws laying around and lint all over the place. Then when we tried to call them they to let them know they said oh well sorry. They made a mess iny garage and…
