Multiple problems were identified, our service technician Jimmy was knowledgeable and efficient. And the parts for repair came in quickly. Highly recommend this company!

They did a great job… either I missed the call that they had the part or they forgot to call me when they received the part so it took about 2 weeks to complete the repair… but fortunately I have many ovens available to me
