I had a great expereince from the initial phone call to the end of the appointment, CJ's was communicative and efficient.Jimmy showed up, diagnosed, and repaired my washing machine all within the space of an hour. I would not hesitate to call them again.
Dustin was efficient and installed the proper drain pump. Only problem was he forgot to turn the water back on, causing another error code when I did a wash. A phone call rectified the issue.
Prompt service. Same day appointments available. Courteous technician. Fixed issue.
They were very polite and knowledgeable. They had to order a part for our washing machine, and as soon as part was received they came out immediately and replaced part! We highly recommend this company.
