Hunter from CLAE came for the initial visit. He was nice & polite. He was very knowledgeable about insects and I jokingly told him that he should get a PhD in entomology. He explained in detail on the treatment of the few issues we were experiencing. We were very satisfied with this initial visit.
Good sales and service. Bugs were gone and professionally handled.

Deceptive sales tactics. I was solicited at my door by a salesman who claimed to have worked for the previous owner, but that turned out to not be true. The actual service is suspect too. They charge $200 for about 10 minutes of actual work. They also constantly cancel and reschedule appointments. DO NOT USE THEM

The gentleman who came was very professional and explained all the chemicals he was using to get rid of the ants. He explained the process and how the product works. After he left I got an email explaining all of the chemicals and the work he had done. This was very thorough. I was very pleased.

Clae Pest Control’s service has been worth every penny. Their technicians are always on time and usually available the same or next day when I’ve had an issue. When I’ve had an issue between quarterly service visits (wasp nest, rodents, etc), they’ve come back to resolve it free of charge to me.
