Hunter from CLAE came for the initial visit. He was nice & polite. He was very knowledgeable about insects and I jokingly told him that he should get a PhD in entomology. He explained in detail on the treatment of the few issues we were experiencing. We were very satisfied with this initial visit.

Excellent service overall
We had our first service visit with Clae today and left very disappointed. Lucas in particular was not helpful. He didn't clearly explain the service plan or the products being used.
