Hunter from CLAE came for the initial visit. He was nice & polite. He was very knowledgeable about insects and I jokingly told him that he should get a PhD in entomology. He explained in detail on the treatment of the few issues we were experiencing. We were very satisfied with this initial visit.
Great job, has mastery to work in the field of pest control. We are very happy to find right people. They are expert and friendly, as well. Thank you.

Robbie has always done a great job, make sure everything is sprayed, looks at everything and pays attention to the customer needs. Very professional and will educate you if you need to know anything. I always ask for Robbie when they come to spray at the house and outside. Again, Robbie does his due diligent and never rushes. Humza R
Working with Clae Pest Control has been great so far! The representative, Sam, who came to my door provided great information with no pressure. I also appreciated the tech, Lucas, and his trainee. They were very informative and professional. I’m new to pest control, but their prices seem very reasonable to me. I’m very happy to have found Clae Pest Control
Just moved to the North Shore area and rep named Blake stopped by our house to introduce himself and mentioned some of our neighbors had informed him we had just moved in. He was super polite and offered their services without being pushy or too “sales-y.” After looking up the company online and seeing the positive…

Today was our initial service and we had Patrick and he was awesome!!! He explained everything he was going to do today and told me when he was done as well and what precautions to take afterwards. I highly recommend Clae Pest Control.
Clae Pest Control did a nice job explaining their services and finding a plan that best met our needs. The technician took the time to review areas of concern and tailored the approach accordingly. We’ve had two services and they were professional and prompt. Glad we went with them.
Great team, Blake is super responsive with requests and the team is very attentive and respective of our home! Would highly recommend!
Ezekiel was very professional explained what was to be done.
Deceptive sales tactics. I was solicited at my door by a salesman who claimed to have worked for the previous owner, but that turned out to not be true. The actual service is suspect too. They charge $200 for about 10 minutes of actual work. They also constantly cancel and reschedule appointments. DO NOT USE THEM
Just bought a home. The services covered pests inside and outside the house. Friendly technician. Military and first responder discount available.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, and explained everything to be done. Was even super friendly with my dogs. It was a very positive experience.
The company has been very prompt Communication has been excellent with the company and the people that come out to do the job.

Sales and technician guys were fine, time will tell if the service removed the spiders from inside and outside home. So 5 stars up to this point.
Never say never… I hadn’t heard of Clae yet, but I knew in the back of my mind that we had a need. I met Sam for the first time, and he clearly articulated the costs and benefits of their services. Later that day I met Daniel, who was nice, professional, and efficient. Finally, when I needed to update our method of…

Justin came to our door yesterday and wasn’t your typical salesman. He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, provided references to existing customers on our street, and his pricing was fair for the services offered. We signed the same day and they performed their services - very thoroughly - the same day. I am…
Great professional service.
Highly recommended. Trey was amazing and not pushy when offering the services. He didn’t try to push additional fees and was upfront and honest. Robby came out and did an amazing job. Clae is a excellent pest control company.
I highly recommend Clae Pest Control. Everyone is so nice and they do great work. Since they’ve started, we’ve had very few bugs and any that do show up are very quickly gone.
Service technician was great - super flexible with work from home schedule here so much appreciated.
Clae Pest Control’s service has been worth every penny. Their technicians are always on time and usually available the same or next day when I’ve had an issue. When I’ve had an issue between quarterly service visits (wasp nest, rodents, etc), they’ve come back to resolve it free of charge to me.
