thought I had bats, on the second floor bathroom vent, turned out to be a bird creating a nest for some eggs. Paul Clancy did a great job identifying the issue (English Sparrow), clearing the sparrow's nesting materials and installing a new vent cover. Quick, efficient and was even early to the appt.
