Due to it was raining when Pedro arrived he immediately removed his shoes which I appreciated. If all your employees are as nice and knowledgeable as Pedro you have a great company. He couldn't have been more thorough and a pleasure to have in our home.
Patrick was prompt, reviewed the problem, examined the evidence, and clearly described the options for treatment. He was professional and personable. I would highly recommend.
