thought I had bats, on the second floor bathroom vent, turned out to be a bird creating a nest for some eggs. Paul Clancy did a great job identifying the issue (English Sparrow), clearing the sparrow's nesting materials and installing a new vent cover. Quick, efficient and was even early to the appt.
He was very thorough and explained every step of the process to me. He arrived on time and was very professional. I would definitely recommend his services.
