thought I had bats, on the second floor bathroom vent, turned out to be a bird creating a nest for some eggs. Paul Clancy did a great job identifying the issue (English Sparrow), clearing the sparrow's nesting materials and installing a new vent cover. Quick, efficient and was even early to the appt.

We had a raccoon break into the attic of our ranch. It was very bothersome. I called in the morning and Paul showed up that afternoon, inspected the property and setup traps to catch them. We had a mother raccoon and her babies move into a crawl space in the attic. After calling a few companies and getting no answers we called Clancy Brothers. Although there was an initial wait time having someone come to the property, once Paul Clancy got involved, we had a good experience. Paul was able to apply…

Kyle came and performed a thorough inspection of my home, trying to find where squirrels and possibly a bird may have gotten in. He looked at every angle of my roof, in soffit, around cupola. He actually hung off at one point to check the facia board. Yes. We found the entrance point, and he advised me how to repair!
Professional and excellent customer service.
