Tim was pleasant and professional. He examined the areas of concern about bird nests and a possible squirrel. He provided an overview of how each area would be addressed. His approach was reasonable and we decided to follow his recommendations.

Brian was punctual, thorough, and identified a vent that he thought might be the area from which rodents were entering. He actually looked into the vent and saw a rat! He placed a one way exit device . I honestly think Brian may have solved the issue completely!! He was super nice as well.
