Clark Pros took over my Books for about 8 months. It was the biggest mesh ever. They did not enter any receipts that We gave them . On top of it they lost all of these statements and receipts We had to scramble to locate all of these. They did not file payroll reports for more than 6 months So there was many late payments due from the IRS. I couldn't believe it. I passed the Quick Books to a reliable company. Months to correct.
Bob, we’re sorry you feel this way. When we took over your books, they were highly disorganized, and we worked hard to clean them up. Missing receipts and statements made accurate record-keeping difficult, but we processed everything provided. Regarding payroll, your third-party provider failed to file reports on time, leading to penalties. Though not our responsibility, we still paid over $1,700 to help resolve the issue. We always strive for accuracy and accountability. While we’re disappointed in this outcome, we wish you the best with your new accounting firm.
