Classic Collision was professional and courteous. I was kept informed of the progress and status of the repair. The repair was completed as promised. I picked up my car the day it was promised. The car looked looked and drove as well as it did before the incident.
For writing one to 10 I would give Classic Collision a 20. I always knew When my car was ready, I was always well informed. When my car came back, it looked like a brand new car. They do a wonderful wonderful job.
I brought my Q50 in for repairs. Robby and the staff were very professional and great to work with. The team kept me informed with updates regarding the repairs on my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the outcome, and I highly recommend Classic Collison.
Best all around shop. Don’t use your insurance’s recommended shops. Go to Classic Collision and get it done right the first time. I’ve tried multiple other shops in the past and always had some kind of problem and the work was never done right. I have used Classic Collision 3 times now and have not been disappointed yet.
