We hired Green Life to clean our windows, tracks, sills and screens. We received quotes from several companies but decided to go with Green Life because of their attention to detail in the quote, their responsiveness by phone and text, and the courtesy each person showed us. They were thorough in ensuring that the proposal fit our needs and gave several flexible options for reducing cost to us. In fact, they were the only company that quoted our smaller windows or windows that did not open, as 1/2 or 3/4 windows! For example, 2 small windows added up to 1 window for pricing. Remarkable! They also considered all windows as part of our package, whereas some companies either excluded the garage or basement windows or put them as add-ons at a higher rate. Their verbiage showed more of a desire to help us and be careful with our property, as opposed to a transaction in which the washer would not be responsible for damage to screens or items by the windows.
Ben was our technician on cleaning day and he was respectful to our home, professional in demeanor and a pleasure to speak with. He informed us of his plan for the day, updated us on his progress and was mindful of whether his work would disturb family members working in various rooms. We were just so impressed with his consideration. Now, down to the window cleaning itself. Ben was careful, detailed and thorough with his work. Our windows were filthy! It took him 6 hours to get everything done but it was spectacular and he went above and beyond what we were anticipating. The finished product was phenomenal. Now, several weeks later, we’re still enjoying the view outside our clean windows, with blinds all the way up and plenty of sunshine coming in. You can hardly tell there’s a screen in the window and the sills/tracks are smiling. See pix! Mind you, it rained the day after they cleaned and many times over the past couple of weeks and our windows are still streak free.
We plan to keep Clean Life on call as our annual window cleaner. We highly recommend and endorse!
