I paid $400 for a service that fell drastically short of basic professional standards. We run a strict shoe-free household. Despite repeatedly asking the cleaners to remove their shoes or wear booties, they ignored me and walked all over our home—including our carpeted basement—in their outside shoes. I even used…
Thorough, hardworking, detailed, and friendly. Appreciated they were able to fit us in the same day. They did a great job!
CLEANERIFIC did an excellent job — thorough, professional, and easy to work with. I loved that they were able to let themselves in, which was perfect for my busy schedule. The place looked great when I got home. Highly recommend!
Every other week, two or three energetic Cleanerific employees come to my apartment and give my home a thorough cleaning. They're consistently on time, they don't break anything, and they put everything back where it belongs. Best of all, they're in and out in an hour.
The only complaint is this; I was told you would not come out until you got a deposit and would not come out if payment wasn't made. I asked to please let me know you got the deposit so I know to be there. Monday morning I get the message we will be there. Thank goodness I was already on my way.
Awesome company always on time
Just spoke with Bruno, who is an incredibly caring business owner. I was able to discuss some finer points of cleaning with him. He has a reason and a method for everything. It was nice to chat with him knowing that he really cares for his workers, and trains them so they understand what quality service is. Thanks, Bruno!
We used Cleanerific for a deep pre-clean at the museum I work at in San Francisco. The team was efficient, quick and even walked through with me to ask if they missed anything, would highly recommend!!
Really nice people, very responsive (especially to their “support” email), and a solid cleaning every time.
