The only complaint is this; I was told you would not come out until you got a deposit and would not come out if payment wasn't made. I asked to please let me know you got the deposit so I know to be there. Monday morning I get the message we will be there. Thank goodness I was already on my way.

Two people came by and got started right away. They wore shoe covers inside, as requested, and made it work when we asked them to use the rear stairs instead of the front entrance. I have been using Cleanerific for many years. They have been doing a good job maintaining my property. When I requested special attention to areas that need improvement, they immediately addressed them, very responsive.
They cleaned a very dirty outdoor deck, cleaned out several big vases with old plants as well as made our wall of glass sparkle, all in the allotted time.

Cleanerific is responsive and reliable. I am a property manager and have used them regularly for monthly and bi-monthly common area cleaning, as well as move-in/move-out cleanings and deep cleanings.
