As an apt manager I have used them many times for move out services. I highly recommend them. Alessandra has been very helpful!
Team did an amazing job on move out cleaning. So good I called to see if they could service the new house. Unfortunately they are outside of my area but very glad with my experience and would refer others to them given the chance
We used cleaning glow for our move-out cleaning and they were spectacular. Super organized, efficient and professional. We could not recommend Solange highly enough. I wish we had been using them the whole time we lived in our apartment.
Got my place cleaned and it went great.
They did a wonderful job cleaning our apartment prior to moving in. Everything was spotless and would definitely recommend.
The cleaning service from cleaning glow is really awesome, high quality, professional and fast.
Perfect in every way
Very easy booking and great communication. The cleaners were prompt and got a lot accomplished in the 4h they were on-site! We were really impressed with the value.
Excellent work, detailed and quality clean. Responsive team during scheduling. Would recommend!
Excellent job cleaning our apartment when we moved, Profesional and polite!
They did a move out cleaning for us and did an incredible job including getting rust mark of a very old fridge. Very grateful for their help!
Move out clean for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was perfect. Throughly cleaned all the surfaces and oven. Would recommend them for any cleaning!
Excellent cleaners - they are punctual, thorough, hard working and affordable. Customer service is fantastic. I've been using their services for around 18 months now, no issues.
I used this company cleaning glow twice. The first was a one bedroom apartment between tenants. It needed the usual cleaning, but also inside of cabinets and drawers, and all the kitchen appliances inside and out. The two cleaners who came were responsive and thorough and extremely efficient. I was so impressed that…
They did a great job… I would recommend to everyone.
Very happy with their booking, email appointment reminders, and timeliness for a recent deep clean after move out. Two cleaners showed up on time and cleaned the apartment thoroughly and carefully. They even happily cleaned a small back porch area without pushing for extra payment (it's a very small apartment to…
Very satisfied with Cleaning Glow. Needed a quick, thorough job done before move-out/putting house on the market, which they did very well. Would recommend and would use again!
Great cleaning and thorough !
Can’t recommend: guy was using Glass cleaner (Windex) on wood surfaces. Had to Micro manage completion of tasks. They came on time they worked at a steady pace, they left and took refuse; but I can’t say they know what they are doing as professionals—
Great service, on time and respectable. I asked for a deep clean of the kitchen and bathrooms after moving in, she did a great job. I will recommend their services.
They helped us with a move out cleaning. We had been at the apartment for 4 years so there was a LOT to clean up and the apartment looked amazing after they were done. I would recommend.
Would highly recommend and definitely would use again!
My cleaner did a fantastic job. Was so impressed . She was also kind, on time, and worked really hard. She was cleaning my apartment for almost 5 hours and it was spotless after. I used Cleaning Glow for move out, but would happily use them for regular cleanings too
Cleaning Glow is efficient, professional, and very flexible!
I could not be happier with the service that we receive from Alessandra and her cleaning crew! We have an AirBNB and they are able to offer a full package with cleaning and laundry services, all for a reasonable price. She is very responsive if there is any issue that arises and they are very attentive to every…
The cleaning team at Cleaning Glow was amazing! Amanda and crew were on time, and incredibly thorough!!! I am so grateful for everything they did. The apartment after a lengthy move out process was cleaned top to bottom! I will absolutely call Cleaning Glow for future cleaning jobs and highly recommend them for anything!
I did a move-out clean of a 2-Bedroom apartment in Berkeley. They were on-time, super professional and reverted it back to when I moved in. This was so good, I received my entire deposit back! Highly recommended
Just moved into a new place and had moving clean done. The service was fast, good value and high quality. After I inspected the place, all the dirt and grime from years of build up was gone. Especially on the base boards and corner of the rooms. Thank you for making my move in experience better by deep cleaning my studio.
Cleaning Glow was wonderful- I was able to schedule a moving clean very last-minute and they got me on the schedule asap. Both ladies that came for the cleaning were very thorough and thoughtful. I will absolutely be using Cleaning Glow again next time I need a professional cleaning done!
Hired them before moving out, got my deposit back! Very good!
I ended up booking Cleaning Glow for a move out clean at the end of our apartment lease. I had made a mistake in booking and only booked a carpet clean at first so when I went to book a full move out clean there weren't any available appointments. They went out of their way to fit me into their schedule and I am…
The crew did a fantastic job deep cleaning my house prior to moving out. I would highly recommend! They were timely and highly efficient!
Cleaning glow did an amazing job, our apartment was spotless, and it was much more affordable than other services.
We booked Cleaning Glow to help clean our condo before renting it out. It was super easy to book and confirm. We booked a move in clean with carpet cleaning and are really pleased with the results. The team arrived within the arrival window and left everything spotless. Everything from the fridge to the window…
The cleaners were able to come earlier, they called and asked if that would work for us and it did. We appreciated the communication via email and phone. Super quick to respond. We did a move in clean and we would recommend to others! Thank you for the great service.
Cleaner arrived on time sand was very thorough!
Gabriel was amazing. He left out place sparkling and was a delight to work with! I would highly recommend.
Cleaning glow is a truly professional company. They have done many cleanings for me and I can not speak more highly of them. They arrive on time and are detail oriented. The owners and the cleaning teams are respectful and do and complete cleaning job.
We had a very large house that hadn't been cleaned much over the years. When we moved it needed a really good cleaning from top to bottom. 3 bdrm, 2 bath and a huge family room and was quoted a great price. 2 cleaners came to do the work and found it would take longer than they expected, they stayed late to get…
Amazing cleaning service. They made the house look sparkling clean.
Cleaning Glow were on time and went above and beyond in their cleaning. I was a college senior moving out, and I was really stressed about cleaning my whole place and moving out. I booked cleaning glow the day before I had to move out, and they came 10 minutes before the time they gave me, and cleaned the place…
I moved into a disgusting and dirty apartment and recruited Cleaning Glow for my deep clean needs. I submitted a quote online and it was confirmed about 3 days later. Luciana was the pro who did the cleaning of this two bed/ two bath dump. She did an amazing job!!!!! The arrival window was 8-830 am, she called at…
Edited 4/5 2021: I wanted to leave an updated review because I have continued to work directly with Alessandra and her team and I could not operate as efficiently without them! Cleaning Glow is absolutely vital to our management of multiple vacation rental properties throughout the Bay Area. Alessandra is a dream to…
I hired them for a move out clean and they did a fantastic job. The place was pretty dirty when I moved out but they thoroughly cleaned everything in about 2.5 hours. Highly recommend!
I loved working with Alessandra, Vivienne and her team! They were very friendly, consistent and added a personal touch to their service. I found the service to be an especially good value for the area, and the team was very flexible with us and what we needed in a given week. I’m sad to stop using them as I am…
Decided last minute to not do a move-out cleaning myself and they were quick to respond, very reasonable, and accommodating. Cleaners arrived on time, were professional, efficient and thorough. I even told them not to bother with one closet because I still had a few things in it and when he noticed that I had…
