They did an awesome job, we're so appreciative to have such a clean home!
We love Cleaning Glow!
Cleaning Glow is extremely clear in communication, transparent, and trusted. We appreciate their cleaning work as well -- spotless, flexible, and thorough. Can't recommend them enough!
Good teamwork. They are very thorough and pay attention to detail. High recommended. 5 Stars
This cleaning service is great, I had a few cleaners come from the company and then picked the best one so now I have the same cleaner come every two weeks. They're always flexible and accommodating of my schedule and travel.
I have been very impressed with this company, the ladies that came out did a spectacular job on our house, really above and beyond, I recommend highly
Great company! Have been using them for a few years now and I've always been satisfied with their cleaning service and staff! Thank you!
Cleaning glow is great! Very friendly and efficient staff, we are always really happy with the results. Definitely recommend.
We've hired Cleaning Glow at least three times now and we've been very happy with their service each time!
Cleaning Glow did a great job, they arrived exactly on time and cleaned my 2B/2B space for ~3 hrs ($200), I had specifically asked for the floors and showers to be a focus and they were doing exceptional well. In addition, they cleaned inside the microwave, dusted and wiped all surfaces. Highly recommend and would use again!
They were wonderful and did a great job as always! Devra Mcardle
We do monthly cleanings with Cleaning Glow and the team is always super thorough, friendly, and the house is spotless. They are also amazing for putting up with our dogs who are very curious what they’re doing!
Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with this company. We were hoping to have a good experience as we were paying a much lower rate previously through an independent cleaner, however the result was much lower in quality and care. The cleaner they sent to clean a 3b3b was a one person team and only spent 2.5…
Cleaning Glow helped clean up our sublet before we left. They did an exceptional job and were consummate professionals. Would work with Cleaning Glow again.
They did a wonderful job in cleaning our apartment. It was cleaned beyond our expectations!
The two workers worked quietly and efficiently.
The cleaning service from cleaning glow is really awesome, high quality, professional and fast.
Good service, they show up on time, clean really well. Almost like hotel cleaning.
Cleaning Glow was a pleasure to work with! We're a north Berkeley home of roommates who hired them to steam clean two love seats and a sofa, and do general cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, oven, and windows. They were very communicative over email and phone, prompt on the day of the cleaning, and 3 weeks after…
Consistently great service. Always on time and professional. I would recommend Cleaning Glow without hesitation.
Cleaning glow is great! I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs
I have been using cleaning glow since 2018 or 2019. The first time we had a deep cleaning; since then we have had cleanings every two weeks. The house always looks amazing after they have been here. They bring their own supplies and their own vacuum. Communication is excellent (but you must communicate through…
Excellent cleaners - they are punctual, thorough, hard working and affordable. Customer service is fantastic. I've been using their services for around 18 months now, no issues.
Great service! They did a wonderful job cleaning our three bedroom apartment. I will definitely use their service again.
The team was prompt and did a thorough job. I would use them again.
The cleaners came on time and did great job cleaning the entire place specifically the bathroom. It looks brand new.
Did a great job cleaning my apartment. Would recommend them!
Great, professional service!
We’ve been using Cleaning Glow for a few months and they’ve always been amazing. Our house is left spotless and service is friendly, professional, and reliable. The online booking is super convenient. Highly recommend.
Great cleaners. Responsive, flexible, friendly! Highly recommended.
The ladies are amazing! They did such a thorough job and completely turned my dumpster of a home into a spotless haven!
Great experience! The cleaners were on time and thorough. Will definitely hire again.
Overall excellent service and prompt. Would recommend to others.
Great results after the deep clean for my apartment. I’d use again!
I had Liviane from Cleaning Glow clean my 3 bedroom apartment. Very professional service, and high quality clean. Thank you!
Do a great job in a very short time! Super easy to schedule and very accommodating and responsive communication. A bit pricey but these folks are good!
We used this service as a one-time clean of a house we were renting for the month of July 2022. It was in the middle of our stay in this house. We were quite satisfied with the cleaning. The worker spoke very little English, but we were able to communicate with Google Translate. Before the worker arrived we made…
Overall we have been very happy with them. We had a couple minor issues with the initial cleaning leaving a few spots dirty (and staff blaming it on the fact that we had pets ) and cleaners coming late. They changed our cleaning team after this first round based on our feedback and they have been more thorough and…
They did an OK job. I expected a better service seeing the Google ratings.
Lovely personnel, great work!
I've been using Cleaning Glow for about a year and a half now, and their cleaners are always very nice, thorough and consistent. I work from home, and would often have to clean in between meetings or after work, so it's really nice to have Cleaning Glow help out with that. We actually canceled our cleanings for a…
They are always nice and professional. They are dependable once a cleaning is scheduled. Thank you.
LOVE THEM!!! THEY COME ONCE A WEEK AND WE ARE ALWAYS HAPPY CUSTOMERS
Cleaning Glow is THE BEST agency for home cleaning. They always do a great job with thoughtful touches and are lovely, trustworthy people to boot.
Cleaning Glow is efficient, professional, and very flexible!
I could not be happier with the service that we receive from Alessandra and her cleaning crew! We have an AirBNB and they are able to offer a full package with cleaning and laundry services, all for a reasonable price. She is very responsive if there is any issue that arises and they are very attentive to every…
Very thorough cleaning. Professional. Offered to do additional tasks not covered by the service I paid for, since my place is much smaller than what is covered by the 1000 sq ft clean I signed up for.
They were on time and progressional. Everything looked great and perfectly clean. I will definitely use again and recommend.
It was easy to book online, the price is fair, and the cleaning team did a really great job!
Cleaning glow has been cleaning my Airbnb for over 6 month. They have a network of fantastic cleaners who are able to do an amazing job in a timely manner. Alessandra who's my main point of contact is very professional and easy to work with, we've worked through a few issues together and I'm excited to continue…
Cleaning Glow was on time, and very efficient. They left my apartment incredibly clean
The Cleaning Glow team did an awesome job. They were thorough and made my place sparkle. They were also efficient and worked quickly, paying attention to details. The team was also friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend Cleaning Glow to others and want them to come back to my place soon!
Best cleaning service in the Bay Area. I use them every two weeks and they do a great job. Luciana always does a great job at the house. Sarah has been great at accommodating any extra needs and is very easy to work with when scheduling or rescheduling. 3 Bed 3 bath and the house is always spotless. Great service!
Cleaning glow has been amazing. On time and super friendly. Most of all they do an awesome job. Have recommended to a few friends and they all have the same sentiment. A+++
Thelma's team was amazing. They did a very thorough job cleaning, and went above and beyond (making the bed, taking out the trash, doing dishes). They were also very nice. We were so happy with their service.
I use Cleaning Glow for a regular biweekly clean of my home and they’ve been great. Punctual, thorough, and with clear pricing. Would definitely recommend!
We use their services for cleaning a couple of our Airbnb homes. They have been with us for years now. Great service, reliable staff.
This is the second time I have hired them and they do an outstanding job every single time. Always goes above and beyond! I’m very picky and this cleaning service met all expectations and then some. Would definitely recommend!
Easy to deal with. Responsible. Reliable.
cleaners arrived when expected and did an excellent job
The cleaner we had for a one-time deep cleaning was so thorough and hard working that we asked her to come bi-weekly! Really great service and the app makes booking super easy. I strongly recommend this service!
They arrived prompt, worked quickly, and were thorough. Friendly and competitively priced.
Cleaning glow is a truly professional company. They have done many cleanings for me and I can not speak more highly of them. They arrive on time and are detail oriented. The owners and the cleaning teams are respectful and do and complete cleaning job.
Worked quickly and efficiently to give my house the clean it desperately needed
The team is great--very friendly, and did an expert job. We had not had our house cleaned since COVID began. They were amazing. I'm so glad I found them.
Highly recommend cleaning glow. I have been using them regularly for almost 9 months and love their service. Extremely professional, always willing to go the extra mile
I've had Cleaning Glow clean my house for a few times now (first one was a deep clean, followed by monthly standard cleans) and I can't recommend them highly enough! They are easy to book with, super-responsive when you have schedule changes or questions about cleaning products. I've had two different teams come…
Alessandra and the team from Cleaning Glow did an amazing job! They were on time, professional, thorough, and did a beautiful job -- while following the safety guidelines during Covid (ie masks social distance) Really great experience and highly recommend!
We've been getting the bi-weekly cleaning service for a few months now, and it's been a lifesaver, given that my husband and I work full-time. Cleaning Glow is great: easy to schedule, flexible. I love the fact that they send automated reminders a few days before their cleaning time, show up on time, and do a great…
Great services! Cleaning glow is wonderful! Efficient, thorough, and excellent. Vivianne is great...would recommend to anyone!!
Edited 4/5 2021: I wanted to leave an updated review because I have continued to work directly with Alessandra and her team and I could not operate as efficiently without them! Cleaning Glow is absolutely vital to our management of multiple vacation rental properties throughout the Bay Area. Alessandra is a dream to…
The cleaning was professional and booking was easy.
Terrific, consistent service over the years! Vivienne and Alessandra are very friendly and responsive. They’ve become an important part of maintaining our home and wellness, especially this last year.
After years of trying many different cleaning services, we have finally found the perfect partner with Cleaning Glow. We were so impressed with how well our house was cleaned, we now have the team come once a week. They are fantastic and our house has never been cleaner. Highly recommend cleaning glow.
I loved working with Alessandra, Vivienne and her team! They were very friendly, consistent and added a personal touch to their service. I found the service to be an especially good value for the area, and the team was very flexible with us and what we needed in a given week. I’m sad to stop using them as I am…
